I have been bringing my dogs and cats to Dr. Husky at Hickory Grove Animal hospital for 10 years now and have found Dr. Husky to be a very caring and extremely knowledgeable veterinarian and skilled diagnostician. Dr. Husky, along with the other veterinarians working in the practice throughout the years along with a the wonderful staff, have provided the kind high quality care for my furry companions that inspires confidence and trust. I have recommended Hickory Grove AH to my friends who have reported experiencing the same level of attention, engagement and care as a new client that I receive consistently as a client of many years. This place is amazing. Everyone who works here truly loves every animal that walks through their doors. They are extremely patient with every animal , especially ours who is scared of the scale. We looked at quite a few vets that were closer to us but decided on Hickory Grove due to other reviews. We could not be happier with our choice. The whole staff is amazing an recognizes our man when weve ran into them outside of the office. They have been there for every question weve had and have squeezed us in when we desperately needed it. Dr. Husky is amazing as well. She is caring and straight forward about everything, something we truly love in a vet! We are so thrilled to have found Hickory Grove and recommend it to anyone looking for a new vet.

I have been with this practice for close to 30 years. When DR. Huskey came on board, it was a blessing. Her staff has become not only friends, but like family. I was always assured of a smile and kind voice and attentive ears. Today, we had to send our little Streudel to get her wings. These girls and Dr. Huskey couldnt have been more gracious and sympathetic and patient. I HIGHLY recommend this practice. Dr Huskey is highly competent. My Streudel had A LOT of close calls, but we made it thru them. Thankyou to DR. Huskey and her staff more than I can express. They treated Streudel like she was ONE OF THEIR OWN.

Compassionate and caring staff! When my cat got sick last year, they ran tests, kept me informed, and gave me options every step of the way. They kept her for the day and gave her IV fluids and she recovered. When another cat got sick earlier this year, they treated him the same thoughtful way, professional and empathetic, step by step investigating and giving options. Unfortunately, we had to euthanize him a week later, which was tremendously difficult and heartbreaking, but they were so kind and gentle and respectful and gracious to me and to my sweet cat. I cannot give this office enough stars and praise!

When I lived in North Carolina this was my go to vet. The Staff and Doctors are amazing. You can tell they really care about animals and their humans. I took Roxie in after rescuing her from some kids throwing Rocks at her. At the time she was about six weeks old not even a full pound. They were able to get her checked out and tell me what to do to make sure she did well. Shes two years old now and healthy as can be. I boarded her there a couple times as well and it was always the same smiling faces. I recommend this place for anyone in the charlotte area. They are affordable, kind, and knowledgeable. :)

We have been taking all of our pets here for the past 5 years. We have also used their kennel services. The staff there is very friendly and we they treat us all like family. They are sincerely concerned for our pets well being.I would recommend anyone living in the Charlotte area, to use Hickory Grove Animal Hospital for all their kennel and medical needs. Ive been taking my dogs (labs) to Hickory Grove Animal Hospital for more than 10 years and I would never want to go anywhere else. With my older lab, they took care of her from puppyhood until she took her last breath. They were so kind and compassionate. They made the experience the best and easiest it could possibly be. Now, I have a younger lab and an older one who both require special attention. They take great care of both of them. I would recommend HGAH to anyone who loves their pets.

Is there a way for you people to help my dead dog? I think he died since his tongue was out with his eyes open. A tragic incident happened but I didnt know what to do I was gonna take him to the vet but my dad made his decision not to which I was very sad since we could have saved his life. Thank you very much Im very sad that my dog died he was my best friend and I believe he died to a heart attack or to shock I really dont know since I dont know much information about dog deaths.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Sherry Huskey at Hickory Grove Animal Hospital for longer than I can remember...maybe 20 years. My pets have been lovingly cared for by her and all her staff, and I would never consider taking my pets anywhere else. Everyone is caring and compassionate and truly animal lovers. No one there considers it a job, but rather their passion. What more could you ask for than that when considering who you want to care for your "animal children"?

From the very first time Ive taken my pup in till now Hickory Grove Animal Hospital staff have always been friendly. Theyre more than willing to answer all sorts of questions, including by phone without having to come in for a visit. The care is exceptional and the prices are definitely reasonable. All my future pets will continue to be seen by this group of fantastic clinicians and I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a vet as well.

I just recently lost my dog and had taken him to Dr Husky for over 9 years. My dog could be a little temperamental as he got older and he had some issues but Dr Husky and her staff were still always willing to care for him. The hardest day that I have had was when I had to put him down and Dr Husky treated me and Louis with such kindness and respect. I would recommend them to anyone!

We have been with Hickory Grove Animal Hospital for almost 14 yrs., our pets have always received excellent & loving care. The lobby is clean and they try really hard to keep it smelling good. The staff are animal lovers, always greeting us and all clients with a smile. I see them loving on every pet that walks in. Ive recommended them numerous times all with excellent results!!

There are not enough words to express how much this practice cares about its 4legged and 2 legged patients. They are compassionate, warm, understanding and professional. Not only was my cat of 14 years treated with tenderness and love, but the receptionist took her time to let me show her pictures of how much Jasmine had meant to my family. They are amazing.

Ive taken my pets to this clinic for 8 years. Theyve always provided exceptional care for my cats and make sure to explain all of my options and how much each service will cost. The cost of the vet care is pretty reasonable for Charlotte and they are open until 6pm and on Saturdays. I recommend Dr. Huskey to anyone who is looking for a good vet for their pet.
