Let me start out by saying that this is THE BEST vet I have ever been to! They really care about the pets they work on and everyone there was so nice and helpful. My kitten was in really critical condition and had to stay overnight and they called every day to give me a status updates, and that apparently all of the vet techs have been going back there and petting my kitten and giving him lots of love. They continued to call and make sure he was okay even after I took him home. Unfortunately, he ended up passing away soon after - we tried EVERYTHING on him but sometimes thats just not enough. A few days later I received a card in the mail (signed by everyone in the office) saying that theyre sorry for my loss. I really cannot recommend them enough.

Im going to have to change vets for my little kitty. His original vet was closed on a Wednesday and he was having trouble breathing. They were real good about taking him in right away. It turned out he has heart disease. Not very many of them want to speak with you. You have to make sure to have all your questions in front of you because they wont volunteer information or ask if you have any questions. They have also messed up refilling his meds twice (and theyve only refilled them three times). If I werent paying attention, it would have killed him. If he were a human, they couldve been charged with malpractice. Messing up a heart patients medicine is a really serious matter.

I have been taking our pets to Rockledge Animal Clinic for years. They have always been very friendly and caring. I always get a card signed by all the staff when one of our pets passes away. They were so caring and helpful when I had to put our little Maltese to sleep because of a tumor. The other day I brought our cat in. She needed to be weighed for some flea/heart-worm medication. I turned around and looked in the room just as one of the assistants was taking my cat off the scales as she kissed her on the nose. It is so reassuring to know they love our pets as much as we do!

Stopped in with my lab who has been a patient at this clinic since she was a puppy today at 10:40am. Hours online state the hours are 8-11am. I was met at the reception with do you have an appointment? (well no, and I have never had an appointment before....as I noted an empty waiting room). She then stated we are about to close. Next as the one receptionist who was pulling my records the second receptionist snapped out "typically we only take appointments". I felt embarrassed as it was a lecture I did not expect to receive. My dog and my money will be moving down the road.

Took my cat here for the first time yesterday with an eye that was draining and wouldnt open. It was discovered she had a stick in her eye. Since she (well he we found out) was a stray that adopted me a few mos. ago the Doc took his time and did a wonderful job. Not only was the Doc great, everyone was professional, and best of all friendly. Now her, i mean his eye is so much better, will be switching my dogs care to this clinic.

Dr. Morse and his staff are so loving and knowledgeable. We never feel rushed and they always take the very best care of our two dogs. From the minute we walk in the door until we leave, every staff member takes a moment to acknowledge and love on our pets. The office is very clean and well run! Our family highly recommends Dr. Morse and his awesome staff!

I can not say enough good things about this Vet. They are so accommodating and caring with each animal I have ever brought in. My dogs are the world tome and they treat each one like they are their own. The prices are very fair and the hours are great. This is such an easy location to get to as well. I would recommend them to any and everyone!
