I cannot say enough good things about Dr Michael who has been our vet since 1989. He presently sees our 3 "senior" chihuahuas and in addition to administering their routine vaccinations, he has performed a number of treatments/interventions such as treating skin infections, conjunctivitis, teeth cleanings and extractions as well as spaying and anal gland surgery. Dr Michael is a wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional veterinarian. He is very dedicated to all of his furry clients and his staff are outstanding! I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a good vet. As for my 3 "fur babies", we are so appreciative and satisfied for the care and attention he has provided over all the years.

Before going to Michael s i had called 2 other places that were unable to give me an appointment that morning to see my ill cat who had been vomiting and very runny bowel movements. Under the recommendation of my bf (who goes there), I called and they said, come right now. They had my cat overnight and gave him the best care and they even gave me the antibiotics for me to keep giving it to him when I got home. My cat is doing better than ever and i even changed his diet. His prices are super reasonable and did not break my pocket as much as i thought it was going to. I would most definitely not go anywhere else to bring my cat in the future.

Ive been taking my dog (chihuahua) here for many years, and recommend Michael to everyone I can. If you want a vet who is down to earth, realistic, and caring about your pet, as well as your wallet, then go see Michael. Based on a few of these comments I see hes missed a few diagnosis and people have a right to be upset, but being in the medical field for over 10 years you learn that thats just a part of medicine. Especially when youre trying to keep cost down to the customers by not running hundreds of test to find a diagnosis/treatment you probably cant (or wont want to) afford, or put your beloveded pet through.

Dr. Michael has been our family vet since 1988, he is a very direct and straight forward man. Dr. Michael and his staff are always extremely professional, knowledgeable and willing to help and give advice, we love that everyone treats our pets as they were their own and always remembers their patients and pets first names. I currently live in North Miami Beach, FL and travel all the way down to Kendall to visit his practice, Prices are extremely reasonable and fair. Its hard to find a good vet these days Dr. Michael and staff are definitely a great addition to anyones family with pets.

I lost my beautiful Labrador because of 2 very serious misdiagnosis of cancer. Her neck 1 year and her nose the next. Her 2nd cancer might have been avoided had he diagnosed her neck correctly. My second fur baby has an eye which is permanently clouded after Dr Michael told me to keep using the eye drop treatment he put her on. "Dont worry, it will go away" he said. Well it did not. Proceed at the risk of your pets life. Ive heard people say they liked him but none of them ever had anything but routine care. No illness that needed diagnosis. How lucky they have been for that.

Went here in a pinch with a semi-emergency feeling scared for my feline and more terrified for my pocket. Luckily, the stars aligned! Not only is Doctor Michael super friendly but hes also reasonably priced and was so amazingly caring with my cat. Plus, the staff is friendly and the office is a clean, fresh smelling environment. Most importantly, my cat was treated with tender loving care by people who seemed genuinely concerned for her welfare. File Michael Animal Hospital under awesome veterinarian and include an emoji smiley face!

Well my last dog passed away and the vet here Misdiagnose my dog big time. My dog had worms and I bought him in again do to bloody stool and not eating. My dog got sicker and I took him to a different vet. My dog big belly was not do to worms but had pancreas issues. The blood was from him bleeding inside. I put him to sleep since he was in pain. Please avoid this vet. The staff is nice but the vet is off on diagnosis. My pet would of had to be put to sleep but would not of been in pain for a week.

Dr. Michael staff is amazing. Knowledgeable, intelligent, compassionate, caring, and trustworthy. Under his care, my pets have the best possible quality of life and benefit from both contemporary and alternative medicines. He saved my dog Myas life, and always provided me with honesty from a human’s perspective when I had to put my dog Oscar to sleep. :-( I highly recommend Michaels Vet Hospital... I am forever grateful to them.

Ive been coming here for the better part of a decade with multiple pets (both dogs and cats). After having gone to other veterinarians around town, this is by far the best experience Ive ever had. Three of my fur-children had to visit Dr. Michael yesterday for their yearly shots and check-up, as usual, it was a very easy and pleasant experience! Dr. Michael takes his time with each animal, he also explains all details of the visit. Dr. Michael and Michael Animal Hospital has been taking care of my animals for 3 years and I wouldnt trust my babies to anyone else!

Michaels Animal Hospital has been good to us thus far. We have mostly needed routine care and the staff has always been courteous and professional. My dogs are always very nervous when visiting the vet and the staff seems competent to deal with hyper and nervous animals. Routine visits are normally taken care of in an expedient manner (30-45 minutes).
