Experienced atrocious service when I called about making an appointment for my dog. The young lady who answered the phone was condescending and extremely rude. First impressions are everything in business and this one made me take my pet elsewhere. I can only hope they treat their patients better than their clients . I have no idea who pressnet is but your response doesnt surprise me. Im a local guide who gives honest reviews about his experience. Im so sorry that instead of answering your clients concerns your more interested in being disparaging. For the record I have no way of identifying the age of a person via phone but if you are middle aged you have a lot of growing up to do and I hope for the sake of your business and animals you do. My review will stay as the community has a right to know what MY personal experience was. Word of advice its easier to apologize and seem like your correcting a problem than seem petty and call a potential client a liar. Good luck to you.

I first came to Sabal Chase when I adopted a dog, and was immediatly welcomed by a friendly, caring and knowledgable staff. The staff and the veterinarian genuinly care about the animals they treat, and they know what they are doing. The vet is very friendly and takes his time to get to know your pet and explain what is going on with their health. He makes sure that you know all the options available. The clinic is fair with their rates, which are actually better than other clinics in the neighborhood which dont give as much attention or offer as comprehensive care. Gradually, I have started bringing all my pets (2 dogs and 2 cats) to this clinic because I trust their judgement and have faith that they are providing the best care possible to your very important, furry family members. I strongly recommend Sabal Chase Animal Clinic to anyone with pets.

We have just added a new puppy into our family -This animal clinic is wonderful and has been very welcoming to my dog as well as for me, also a plus it’s a very clean office. After searching for a vet for my dog, Im so happy to finally find a place where I feel I can count on them and for the safety of my dog health. Dr. Kupkee and his staff are simply GREAT; as for your visits they take time to answer any questions or concerns that you may have – especially for me a new pet owner. Also want to point out that my last visit I was overwhelmed with all the test and treatment that needed to get done well they exceeded my expectations and worked as much as possible within my budget. If you have a pet, and whether you live nearby or not, this is a vet worth having for your pet. You will not be disappointed.

I have used about three other veterinary clinics in Miami FL, and this honestly has to be the best. I actually called last minute because all other clinics did not want to take my dog the same day, i recently moved to the Kendall area, and my dog was not being her self lately and i desperately needed something quick and good quality.I spoke to a very nice lady in the front desk that was very helpful and i was attended literally 15 mins after we spoke on the phone.The entire staff was very nice and patient with my nervous dog. Dr. Kupkee was very sweet and gave me a detailed result of what was going on with my dog. The staff is professional, caring and provide personal attention to you and your babies/pets. We have been visiting Sabal Chase/Dr. Kupkee for almost three years and my dogs are in excellent health. I really believe its due to the excellent care they receive at Sabal Chase Animal Clinic. They know my pets by names/history and there is hardly any waiting time, like in other vets. I specifically believe that when seeing your doctor or vet, waiting for long periods of time is the worst. But at Sabal Chase, you are greeted and treated almost immediately. They are very organized, give you plenty of advise and suggestions. My dogs love going to Sabal Chase, and they are in great health, thanks to Sabal Chase Animal Clinic.

I have a 7yr old English bulldog with severe skin allergies, he has been suffering from his allergies for years. I was searching on Google for a specialist on skin and allergies and I came across Sabal Chase animal clinic. We have been going to them for 2 months now and Nacho is doing so much better, the doctors and staff are amazing and very caring, there is so much things I didnt know I can do to help his allergies and the doctor explained to me. He is very thorough and explains everything step by step and takes his time with Nacho every time we go. I recommend Sabal Chase animal clinic to any pet out there, they are great with skin and everything else! I am a very proud customer!

I have been taking my mini dachshund to Dr. Kupkee for about six years now. Dr. Kupkee and his staff are excellent. They take the time to explain everything and take a lot of care when handling challenging situations, that may often arise when caring for a Dachshund. About 3 years ago my dog was unable to walk from one day to the next, thanks to Dr. Kupkee and his expertise in all things dachshund we were able to get my dog the medical attention he needed, he had his back surgery and is doing great! I highly recommend Sabal Chase Animal Clinic to anyone who is looking for a kind and caring vet and team!

My experience at Sabal Chase Animal Clinic was wonderful. The staff was VERY friendly and welcoming from the start. I called in early in the morning and they were able to accomidate me right away. Once I arrived, I was taken care of immediately. The tech was very knowledgeable and had lots of wonderful information to give on my new puppy. My favorite part of my whole experience was that they doctor is a dachshund LOVER just like my family. I know that he will be able to guide me in the right direction on my new doxie puppy! I completely recommend this animal clinic to ALL animal lovers.

Molly is a boxer/whippet mix, about to turn 3 years old. She has suffered with allergy problems for almost a year and it seems like weve tried every remedy in the book. Thanks to Sabal Chase, and their affordable allergy testing... we should be finding out in 10 days what Molly is allergic to. We had been to a couple different vets in the Miami area but never felt like they were the right fit for our four-legged family member. I found Sabal Chase because our dog needed an oral surgical procedure and from the second we walked in the door we knew this place was different! Even on the phone when I was making my first appointment, the receptionist was extremely knowledgable and helped ease my fears about the procedure. Having an aging canine companion can mean lots of vet visits later in life, and I know Sabal Chase will always take care of us when we call or come in!
