I had the sad duty of putting our 19 year cat to sleep, something I agonized over it for days. I called Live Oak and spoke with Janis. She could not have been more helpful and understanding. I had called other Vet offices and did not get that kind of treatment. Everyone there was so kind and informative. I saw Dr. Torrado. Oh my goodness, what an understanding, thoughtful and patient doctor. He examined my cat (I was having second thoughts and needed reassurance that I was doing the right thing), gave me his recommendation and the reasons why and then prior to and during the procedure he was compassionate and professional. I found my vet.

I have recently become a customer at Live Oak I have four dogs that are patients there the veterinarian is fantastic his staff and crew are all knowledgeable courteous and they know you by name not by a number they truly care when my dog was sick they called to make sure he was getting better and when my female dog had puppies they called numerous times to check on them the prices are very competitive but I would pay more just to get that kind of service I left Florida Animal League to go there it was the best choice Ive ever made for my animals thank you Live Oak Animal Hospital staff and veterinarian

I suspect everyone thinks their vet is THE BEST but Ive visited several over the years and thought they were all five star vets. That was up to the point that I started receiving services at Live Oak Animal Hospital. Expectations on every aspect were totally exceeded! I would receive phone calls on weekends, in the evenings, etc with the vet (not a receptionist) asking about the health of my dog at one point when she was gravely ill. I was amazed, grateful, appreciative and honored to be able to give the strongest five star rating to this group. I look forward to returning.

We noticed a hot spot on our drive to Vero Beach from Connecticut. We called Dr Stewarts office on Saturday morning to see if we could get our Golden Retriever, Rhiannon in for treatment. The staff was amazingly accommodating and gave us an appointment even though they were booked. She was seen and treated by a caring and personable staff. We cannot be more pleased with Dr Stewart and his entire staff. Were relieved to know we can look forward to great care for our three dogs and one cat in the future.

Finding Live Oak was an answer to prayer. My dog had food and environmental allergies that my previous vet wasnt able to get under control. From our first visit, Sophies quality of life was greatly improved. Dr. Stewart, Dr. Torado, and their entire staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. Dr. Torado is a cat diabetes specialist and helped me cure my cat of insulin dependent diabetes. He also treats my 19 year old cat. Ive have used Live Oak animal hospital for 24 years, 1 dog, 3 cats! I love the way the staff treats us; they are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Drs Stewart and Torado to care for your pets!

Really Enjoy Dr. Stewart and the staff at Live Oak- They seem to really care about our 4 legged friends (Annie and Lucy) and are always helpful, pleasant and give full/complete information. They always call back when they say they will. I like the text reminder for appointments in lieu of a phone call;everyone should adopt this method.
