I have taken my kids here for many years and the care has been acceptable, but Dr Jordan has demonstrated over and over again that he thinks his time is more valuable than his patients and money is his primary motivation. Several months ago we scheduled an appointment, so my daughter could be setup on a 504 plan at her school. The purpose of the appointment was clearly stated and they said they could provide the necessary diagnosis paperwork etc. Unfortunately, when to the office for the appointment we were told that was incorrect and we needed to see another doctor. Although a waste of time, it was not a big problem and eventually completed the 504 with another doctor. This issue occurred several weeks later when we received a bill from ELP for the appointment that provided zero service. We made seven total calls to the office to discuss the bill. Each time were told Dr. Jordan would give us a call back to discuss. That never happened and today they sent us a certified letter stating that they would no longer see our kids. So, basically Dr. Jordan kicked our kids out of his practice for an $80 bill. I am really disgusted by his actions and would recommend you find another practice.

Our family has been seeing Dr.Jordan for 8 years now and will continue for as long as possible. We have always felt confident in Dr.Jordans care, and the care of Dr.Jen, Dr.Amy and of course Miss Kelly. They have always taken their time while diagnosing and never quick to give antibiotics when they arent needed. When my son was 2 years old we began noticing things just werent right. We passed our concerns onto the staff and they took every measure they knew possible to figure out what was going on. Unfortunately, after seeing every specialist under the sun, no one could ever figure it out. However, Dr.Jordan never gave up on us. He listened to my crazy "mom gut" feeling that something just wasnt right. He fought for our family and took every measure possible to find out what was going on, and it eventually paid off. We received our devastating diagnosis in 2011 and Dr.Jordan, along with his amazing staff has been behind us all the way. Their support for our family and the cause has been absolutely incredible. We love everyone there and feel totally confident that they have our childrens best interest at heart. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

Talk about poor service! went into the examination room and the nurse was rude and even rolled her eyes, then when the doctor/ practitioner comes in shes not warm and inviting it wouldnt kill either one of them to crack a smile and be nice. Would never come back would never ask them to treat my daughter and would never take their recommendations if youre looking for someone for a child to go to this is not the place to go. I shouldve waited for the actual doctor to be there maybe his service wouldve been a little different. Just an overall cold experience and I feel like what was the sense of telling the nurse my concerns when the doctor came in she had to re-ask at that point I didnt even tell her my other concerns I was so livid with the treatment I was getting.

When my daughter was born she was under the care of the NICU, however Dr. Jordan took the time to stop in and check on me and my husband and we will never forget that. We have been seeing Dr. Jordan and staff for 8 years now and love them all; so much so, my daughter thinks she is the president of his fan club :) There has always been minimal wait time when we visit (and we visit a lot). They always fit us in when needed and one time Dr. Jordan, Jenn and staff even stayed well after the office closed on a holiday to care for my baby. Ms. Kelly and the nurses are all so kind and patient. We definitely recommend Dr. Jordan and East Lake Pediatrics as a whole. Thank you for caring for my kids!

Our family has been going to East Lake Pediatrics for 5 years since our move to the Trinity area. We love the entire practice and our boys love going. Each staff member is wonderful and the nurses are great with our boys. Our kids have been to Dr. Jordan, Dr. Amy, Dr. Jessica and Jenn, the Nurse Practitioner. Each of them is wonderful and I have enjoyed meeting the new staff that has joined their team. They work very hard to be timely in keeping the appointments on schedule,(which I greatly appreciate, without compromising the care of our children.

Receptionist or whoever answers the phone are rude and not on the same page. First they say they dont accept my insurance, then they say they do, then they say I have to wait 4 weeks to make an appointment then they change their mind and say I can come in next day. And finally they give me an ultimatum that the only way they will allow me to bring in my daughter for a school physical is if I make them the primary provider. Keep in mind that my insurance doesnt require it. Really?

We love East Lake Pediatrics. We have been taking our two children there since 2004. We are confident that our children are being treated by physicians who maintain high standards. Every provider that has been brought into the practice has been chosen to maintain those high standards. My children feel comfortable because they are treated kindly and with a sense of humor. We feel comfortable because we know our children are being treated by the best year after year.

2 of my kids have been patients since birth and the other for at least 5 years. I love the staff and have seen all providers. Its nice to take your kids somewhere and trust the opinion of the providers! We do have our personal favorite, not that the others arent great, but weve seen Jennifer Hammond since day one and she just knows my kids their medical history and personalities by memory. ..Love her to pieces

My Daughters Have Gone There From Birth, We Moved Out Of State For A Year & Are Now Longer Able To Come Back & My Daughters Love Dr Jen. Funny Thing Is My 18 Month Old Was Given An HPV Shot & i Could Have Sued The Pants Of Dr Jordans Bad Staffing, But For Dr Jen & her Only We Didnt,,, Now I Have To Find A New Dr Office.. Never Again. DR JEN PLS GET AWAY FROM THAT HORRIBKE MAN...

Eastlake pediatrics has provided excellent medical care for our family for a variety of illnesses and injuries. Dr. Mike is very knowledgeable and a great doctor that can communicate to his patients in a very comforting fashion. The facilities are very clean and the wait times are much less than other pediatricians we went to in the past.

I have four children and we have been to many different offices for care. I am happy to say ELP has done an outstanding job and we are very pleased we changed to them. We have never waited for more than 10 minutes and the staff is pleasant and personable. We love doctor Cary and each visit with her is always awesome.
