I love Dr. Burns. She is straight forward yet very compassionate and gentle. My daughter is very comfortable with Dr. Burns and even gives Dr. Burns hugs, as well as, telling her thank you every time we go... even after shots. I have never seen a more thorough doctor! Her patients are her top priority... she is polite, kind, and highly knowledgeable. She is eager to explain any illness, procedure, lab, etc. As I mentioned before, she is straight forward. She tells you like it is and doesnt beat around the bush. I love that about her. She doesnt talk down to parents or children but she explains things in plain english, or spanish, or french. She is multi-lingual in English Spanish and french.

Her staff quality is also highly committed to the best care available! she has been over physician for over 2 years for all 3 of our children. our children range from physical special needs, to academically special needs and she is fantastic at meeting all our needs. Took my almost two year old today. The wait time was about 40 mins past appointment but totally worth the wait. My daughter was behind on shots and check ups. Dr. Burnes got us all caught up and took time to go over all of my concerns. It was an easy transition and much better then my last PED. Highly recommended!

What an amazing and gentle souls Dr. Valerie Burnes and staff are. In my most frightening time with my 1yr old special needs daughter she was so kind, attentive and accurate. Anyone I know with children I highly recommend getting associated with them. They are a blessing and I am very thankful for them.

i went there and it was kind of awkward. Doctor was very straight forward did not seem very friendly to me at all. other than that she seems like a good doctor. Also had to wait awhile to be seen other than the time I was suppose to be seen (over one hour extra)

Dr. Burns is an amazing doctor!! She listens to what you have to say. She explains things to you,she is compassionate, understanding. You can definitely tell Dr. Burns isnt in it for the money. She truly cares for the children she sees. We love her!

The customer service was lacking (refused to allow disposal of diapers in office) and the staff did not properly convey the things I said to the doctor.
