First let me start by saying that the doctors are GREAT!! My son used to see Dr. Jibby George and we loved her! However the staff and how the place is ran leaves something to be desired. Maybe it was just my experience with one employee. I took my son to this practice since he was born. As a new Mom, no one could prepare me for what life was going to throw at me around his toddler years. I became very stressed out, and overwhelmed with everything going on in our lives that I made an appointment for my son and accidentally missed it. It really was an accident! Supposedly I did this more than once, but I only recall this ever happening one time AND after years of keeping appointments with this practice. The employee that I dealt with about this matter named Pam, could not have handled it any worse. She was very rude about this matter, degrading, and talked to me like I was ignorant, as she kicked my son out of their practice because of MY mistake. I humbled myself and tried to explain that it was an honest mistake and that we love our pediatrician, and do not wish to change. I borderlined begged her to understand and she just kept repeating "this is our policy, there is nothing I can do." I offered to pay any money loss caused, she said no. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said I could write a letter to the office manager.... which is HER! Now I understand that this is a common rule at Doctors offices. However, I believe that everyone makes mistakes and maybe just a verbal warning or heads up? Maybe "Hey this is our policy, just to remind you, if you miss an appointment again..." etc (Though I did not even miss a 2nd time) I feel like she punished my son for my mistake. My son is the one who suffered because I had an awful time finding a new pediatrician that took our insurance, and he had to go without being seen for a while. He was used to HIS pediatrician. When I tried to level with this woman PAM and tell her all these things, she could not have been anymore heartless and insulting as she told me basically "oh well." This was an extremely unprofessional attitude. What if my son had an emergency? Would they just tell me "oh well?" Establishing a position as new patient at another practice is really difficult. I feel like we deserved another chance, after years of loyalty. Moral of the story: Great doctors, but dont be human and miss your appointment because they are clearly more concerned about making money, than the well being of the child, and not forgiving AT ALL! They top it off by kicking you out in a very unprofessional manner.

Horrible thats all i can say and i can only speak about my experience with my child. Everytime i would take my child to this place for either a wellness check up or if she was sick the doctors seemed rushed, they wouldnt communicate with you, and they wouldnt prescribed my child anything and they saw how sick she was with infection and fever.

Dr Michelle Williams was very nice and great with my two autistic sons the nurse was wonderful and very sweet front office staff was nice and friendly. The office is clean no complaints at all. Im glad I switched my boys here. :-)

I decided to switch doctors for my 7 month old son. I went to Central Florida Pediatrics and saw Dr. Brenda Lewis. We loved her! I am so happy with my decision! Super friendly staff and the cutest office ever!

They lost my childs shot records and had zero solution or apology in the matter. I do not like this practice, to say the very least. I recommend doing whatever it takes to not take your children here, ever!

Been with this practice for 19 years. Love the Drs here and have always been treated with respect. Usually can be seen same day for sick visits.

I love this place!!! Theyre so good with my baby, and talk to her like a tiny adult. :) They also take their time when talking to me.
