I want to thanks Jessica Egan, she has been my therapist form her heart. Not easy to meet a dedicated person in this field. She has help me with my vocal problems, I have diagnose with Dysphonia. She has is very professional, on time on her work, dedicated, organized and when I go to the visit she has her plan ready, she knows what we practice in our previous visit, what was my homework and she is ready to start with my plan for the day. I love it! she leads the time and I feel I have been help and take care of my issue. I give her 5 STARS, Jessica is very dedicated and serious with her profession. She has help me and guide me through this time. I want to give her a big THANK YOU! for taking her time and be in the hospital with me for a test to verify if there were additional problems with my vocal cords, she cares to know the outcome of the test to continue helping me with my plan, improve my problem and what I need to continue doing. A good place starts with the quality of people working in it. And Beyond Therapy is without doubt a great place, really friendly and people committed to their work, that help you with any questions you have regarding insurance, and therapies. They are excellent!!!! The therapists are most careful and enthusiastic my son is three therapies with Alex taking occupational therapy, which is super my son adores. with Franc taking speech therapy. And no doubt that takes the palm is Elise that gives physical therapy, I love my son has had an incredible breakthrough since she is watching, he is just another in their motor aspect is more mobile, is learning up and down stairs, wooowww is simply very good at what he does !!!! So eyes closed super recommend this place for the kids who need some kind of therapy !!!!

Im very disappointed. This clinic is a hot mess. Do not bring your kids here. They are rude, they have no compassion for the mothers who are going thru such dificult times, they patronize you most of the time, and pretend like they care about your kids, but they dont (with very few exceptions). Even the office is full of signs telling you what to do (dont talk, dont run, dont film, etc) as if they didnt know that in the world of special needs, there are no rules. The 2 front desk girls are nice, but other than that... the rest of the office staff..oh boy!! I invite you to look at the defensiveness and agresiveness they use to reply to peoples comments on these reviews, and this will tell you about their character. They cant even take criticism, and use it to improve ugh!

I cant describe how bad this place is. The Therapists are constantly quitting leaving your kids hangging because the company doesnt treat the therapists right - I mean people starting and quitting left and right. You can see it even in their materials. They do not have materials to work with (the Therapists seem to have to provide their own). If you go to many other clinics in town, they provide at least some toys for the Therapists to use. Theres water damage in the building, so you will have to walk around a bunch of buckets when you arrive. The owner is unapproachable and very smug. Just go somewhere else where is not about the money, but about the kids.

I cant say enough good things about Beyond Therapy and how happy we are with our daughters (8yr old with Down Syndrome, non-verbal) progress!!! Oh my goodness she is doing SO GOOD! We are so excited! We are hearing yes and no to questions pretty consistently. Which I have to tell you is a blessing! It also renews our hope that she will talk and we will hear her voice! So thank you thank you! You have quite a team and we couldn’t be happier with you all! We will recommend Beyond Therapy every opportunity that we get!

My son has been getting therapy at Beyond Therapy since Dec. 2014. He gets PT, OT and SP there. All of his therapists are amazing (Elise, Alex and Lyndsey). He has made amazing strides in his gross and fine motor skills. Most importantly, he is becoming more verbal. The staff and the owner of the company make you feel welcome and genuinely care about the growth that our son is making. I cant recommend Beyond Therapy enough!

I never had any problems with beyond therapy. The ladies from day one have always been nice and attentive. My son loves his therapist(Lindsey) she is AMAZING has done so much for my 3yr old son(down syndrome). She is always helpful and very knowledgeable. He is more verbal and sociable. He likes going to his therapy sessions. I recommend this place for sure.

Customer service at this office is really bad. Staff said insurance was going to be bill and we were assure that they would cover the therapy. A couple of months later I end up paying the whole the thing. Make sure you talk to your insurance first before going through this office.
