After months of physical therapy following a car accident in 1994 I dreaded the idea of going back, but after having three disks fused in my neck in 2014 and still having daily headaches and pain a year later I decided to give it another chance. Saylor is totally different than anything I had expected! In the past I had to re-explain my symptoms at almost every visit and my therapist was going back and forth between patients but at Saylor you see the same therapist every time you go and the whole time is devoted to just you. I really lucked out with my therapist Christine! Within a few weeks my headaches were almost gone and I could turn my head without spasms in my neck. Christine is also helping me with my low back and sciatic nerve pain in my legs. I cannot say enough about how great Saylor is! I still have a ways to go, but now instead of thinking of physical therapy as something I have to do, it is something I want to do!

I love this place because... when I first came to Saylor 4 PT I had a lot of questions that I would get vague answers from my surgeon. Heather Kennedy was my saving Grace. She was very informative and encouraging. It was a very long and slow process. I dont think I would have ever made it through without her. She even went to my doctor visit when necessary. At Saylor Physical Therapy you will receive one on one treatment with your therapist. You will not be dividing your hour with other patients. You have their 100% attention. Danielle the office manager will do everything she can pertaining to appointments and insurance. Very professional and friendly. As my almost year long therapy is coming to an end I will miss them very much! You will be in very good hands at Saylor physical therapy!

I was able to make HUGE improvements in my day-to-day activities by going here for Physical Therapy. Each session lasted one hour and each session was one-on-one treatment, with the same therapist every time. Cristin is great, she explains things in easy-to-understand language. The office is fantastic office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The first thing I got at Saylor is a folder that I use to keep all my appointment information and my exercise program in. There is an article in there telling "How to Find a Good Physical Therapist" and it is excellent information. 5 Stars to Danielle for all the reminder calls she give me. She always has a smile and a kind word or thought.

If there were more stars to give, I would! Best physical therapy places Ive ever been to and Ive been to four major "chain" places. Here, there is one-on-one attention for the *entire* hour. No juggling of other patients during your therapy time, which seems to be an unfortunate standard in every other place Ive been to. The staff is incredible and my therapist has been amazing: coaching me, providing real treatment options customized to my needs, personalizing my exercises and going above and beyond--always. Having had a mixed bag of experiences with medical services, I have to say Ive never had a single issue at Saylor, which is saying a lot.

Saylor PT is an amazing physical therapy office. I feel so much better after I give them a visit! All of their therapists are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend them. Ive been to another therapy office and Saylor definately works. They are able to explain in depth why certain things happen, what is happening if you feel something, and can tell you how to fix it. No other therapists truly care as much as these guys. Kaitlin has been working hard with me getting my neck back to normal and she is wonderful and I appreciate all the time she shares with me to help me feel better day to day!

I have been very impressed with the care I am receiving at Saylor Physical Therapy. The staff is friendly and my therapist, Meghan truly cares about my recovery. Before each follow up visit with my surgeon we do an evaluation of my progress and she shares with me her plans for the next step in my recovery. Each time my surgeons suggestions have coincided with her program. I know I am in good hands. It is so nice to have a therapist with a good personality to help you through that hour of difficult exercises. You will be happy you chose Saylor PT, I know I am.

I have been a patient of Saylor Physical Therapy in Lake Mary. I highly recommend Saylor!!!!!! Dr. Meghan Chamberlain was AWESOME! The whole staff is not only very professional but they also very personable and enjoyable to be around !!!! After having shoulder surgery just before Thanksgiving I struggled with the pain from frozen shoulder. Meghan has done such an AWESOME job with my program. I recommend Saylor Physical Therapy for anyone that needs physical therapy!!!!
