Currently I have a herniated disk that was injured while training in the Japanese martial art Aikido. Once my orthopedic surgeon had diagnosed my condition with a MRI, I was urged to seek physical therapy as a remedy prior to considering the final option of surgery. Fortunately for me I selected Sports and Spine to develop a customized course of treatment. I found that staff to be extremely knowledgeable, sympathetic to my pain and physical challenges and extremely professional with respect to the management of my pain and my rehabilitation. I am so very pleased to say that I am pain free and have a very full exercise life that includes running, weight lifting and cycling. The clinicians at Sports and Spine developed a series of exercises that were key to strengthening my back and core. Perhaps more importantly, they worked very closely with me to help me understand which movements were harmful to my back health. Avoiding these movements and maintaining an exercise routine founded upon exercises the staff prescribed have enabled me to live without pain and have virtually no restrictions on my physical activity (my only real restriction is giving up Aikido). I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone seeking physical therapy for injuries. Without the care from Sports and Spine my life might be very different. Sincerely, Eric Pryor

I was very anxious to get better after five (5) months of pain in my knee. My surgeon suggested I go to Sports & Spine for physical therapy. He told me there were facilities closer if I didnt want to travel the 4-5 miles. I agreed to travel and was greeted on my first day arrival with warmth by staff, (both front desk and therapy workers). I was pleased on that day. I had been to PT before, trice, at two different other locations and had not felt this welcoming we care and are going to get you feeling better vibe. My main miracle worker was Christina but you can bet, Joe, Excel, and Sarah were doing their share also. It was indeed teamwork making Elaine work. I received so much more that physical therapy there. I got every question answered, every request met and encouragement in life itself. I didnt want this to end - no graduation for me. I applaud you Sports and Spine staff. I truly appreciate what you did for me and would recommend,(even take someone) your facilities for needed therapy. Thank you!

I was referred by a friend to Sports and Spine as my third physical therapy provider in the last 6 years because my problems hadnt been completely resolved in my PT experiences with other providers. I have been impressed by each and every staff member at Sports and Spine in their professionalism, caring, and compassion for their patients. I continue to be impressed by the knowledge exhibited by the therapists and assistants which has helped me to become much stronger and understand my issues in ways that I never have before. The therapists also use tools and techniques that have been extremely beneficial to me that I hadnt been exposed to prior to coming to Sports and Spine. They truly listen and have allowed me to be an advocate and participant in my care. I have had the pleasure of working primarily with Leon Anderson and Joe Foster, though all of the staff are wonderful and work as a team. Sports and Spine is truly a family!

What a horrible experience. The receptionist at this place is one of the rudest people that I have ever dealt with in my life. The last thing that an ill person requiring physical therapy should have to deal with. This place is so bad that I had to leave without receiving treatment- despite waking up early to drive across the city to go there. I was told "We dont need attitudes like yours here" just prior to walking out the door. The receptionist must own the place since she has no issue chasing away ill customers. WARNING, unless you want to be talked to as if you were a child by an extremely rude and ill mannered receptionist, stay away from this place. Physical Therapy centers are a dime a dozen. Take your business elsewhere to a business owner that appreciates their customers.

I attended physical therapy treatment back in 2014 for low back pain. The PTA that serviced me was Joe. He was amazing. My back was in pain for 3+ years prior to me coming to Sports & Spine. Once I started treatment with Joe, my back started to feel amazing. I was able to do workouts and activities I hadnt done in those 3+ years. Fast forward to 2017, I am back at Sports and Spine due to a neck injury. My PTA again is Joe. He has been fantastic! The deep tissue/muscle massages are so relaxing, the laser therapy, and the workouts all are amazing and have been giving my pain relief and the healing has been great! The entire staff at Sports and Spine is always polite, professional and nice. I would recommend Sports and Spine 100% for therapy needs.

I personally would like to share my experience with you about Sports an Spine .l came to them 3 years ago not knowing what to expect ,the staff was very kind an pleasing,the workers there I cant began to name them all this guys are so friendly an helpful,they kinda make you forget why you are there as you can see Im still there with them I know my time maybe shortly. but I would recommend them to anyone that sincerely need a little help in there life.My hat goes off to you guys, You all are so amazing.Keep up the good work. My experience at Sports and Spine Physical Therapy was great! I had horrible back pain that radiated down my legs. I could not exercise or do basic things without being in a lot of pain. I was afraid that I would never be able to be active again or work in my garden. Now I cant believe I was ever in pain. My spine was back to normal within a month and a half due to the excellent treatment that I received. I am looking forward to planting my garden in a few weeks. Everyone from the front office to the therapists was exceptionally kind, professional and welcoming. They made me feel like I was one of their family members. I highly recommend Sports and Spine Physical Therapy.

I began attending Spine & Sports Physical Therapy, Inc. in December 2016. I was being treated for a herniated disk. My treatment included land therapy and water therapy. Not only did I love both sessions but as of May 2016, Im happy to report I feel 80% better than I did when I began. I am able to return to day-to-day activities without the kind of pain and disdain I experience prior to S&SPT. The sessions were great but I was also provided with a lot of health and nutrition education to accompany my treatment. The combination has allowed me to be more independent and practice daily exercises on my own. I am so appreciative to the folks at S&SPT for giving me part of my life back.

Sports and Spine staff truly care about you as a person and a patient. I first came here when I had a knee surgery last year. The staff worked with me to understand my needs both physically and mentally during my recovery. They are quick to offer a smile and encouraging words and are right by your side as you complete your exercises. Ive never once felt rushed if a particular exercise or visit was taking longer than anticipated. When I got in a car accident this year it was a no brainer going back to SSPT for the therapy I need to get better. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. No matter your age, or particular need, SSPT has the knowledge and ability to help.
