This is long but honest. When my cat became gravely ill, I looked at reviews for local hospitals near me to take him. I saw that Kindred Spirits had higher than average ratings, so I took him there. I had no idea the level of care that me and my pet were going to receive. Not only did I get twice a day updates, but when things got bad I know Dr. Kindred came in specifically when he wasnt supposed to be working to take care of my cat. His staff is extremely empathetic, kind hearted, and personable. When I was worried about payment, they even looked up local organizations that would be able to help in case of an emergency. I mean, I could have googled that, but instead of shrugging me off and saying "figure it out" they actually took the few extra minutes to compile a list of organizations that I could reach out to if things kept getting worse because I was worried and stressed. The staff spent time with my cat to make sure he was being loved and not just sitting in a cage hooked up to tubes and miserable. When I was worried, instead of pawning me off on another staff member Dr. Kindred talked me through everything that was going on, what my options were, and how he can help. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Kindred and the wonderful people who work there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. And because results are important, my cat is doing really, really well when it could have been otherwise.

I have been bringing all of my pets (8 cats and 4 dogs!) to this clinic for years and I have always had fantastic service and care. The staff is efficient and kind and they always greet me and my animals as soon as we walk in. They seem to remember the little things about my crew that make me know they care and are taking that extra step. Dr. Kindred is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable and I trust him explicitly with the care of my animals. He is genuine and understanding and takes his time with each patient and has a great bedside manner. He offers free exams on recently adopted animals and gives support to local shelters and rescue groups, which I believe shows his integrity and willingness to give back. I have never experienced anything but great care at this clinic and I have no intentions of ever using another veterinarian. I have many friends that I have referred to this clinic that are equally impressed and happy with the care they have received. I would highly suggest giving this clinic a chance and I think you will be as pleased as I have been.

Found great Vet....Finally! I been in several vets without no one to help or to listen about the concerns that I have about my little puppy, he was really itchy all the time and when anyone hold him they will start with itchiness too. I was reading different articles that may be Mange and from all the vets that I went in the past and lots of money I spent, after many treatments and test I decided to go to Dr Kindred base on the reviews. Im really grateful to God that I found a good vet that really cares and does not see you or treat you as an extra number for his business, the office got reasonable prices and everyone in the staff cares and treats you with respect. Dr. Kindred treat my little puppy for sarcoptic mange he start treating the puppy with strong treatment that will get rid of it right away without hurting my puppy and listen to concerns. I will definitely recommend to anyone Dr. Kindred because he really knows what is to be a real veterinary.

EVERYONE thinking of using this vet PLEASE READ THIS FIRST before you go through what we went through. Been going here for over a year seen a steady decline in services, receptionist rude can never remember who you are, vet only gets to his practice after 10:30am so if in urgent need of care find somewhere else.Perfect example was yesterday had to rush our beloved Siamese there only to find one tech on duty did not know what she was doing and ALL OXYGEN TANKS WERE EMPTY she was trying to fill a smaller tank from an EMPTY bottle could not insert an iv all this time my husband was giving mouth to mouth to our kitty he still had a heart beat tech told us to go elsewhere - the time we took to get to another vet it was too late HAD THEIR TANKS BEEN FULL OUR BABY WOULD HAVE SURVIVED!!!!!

There are other vets closer to our house but Dr. Kindred and the rest of the staff seem to go out of their way every single time we have visited for our dog from the week we bought him at three months old... Hes now approaching two years. My partner used this vet for his previous dog which he had for the last ten years of his life, so altogether weve been using this vet for twelve years and have never once had a complaint. We have neighbors and other friends who use Dr. Kindred for their dogs and cats as well... Including a friend with an African Grey parrot.

The staff are wonderful, very kind and friendly to both you and your pet, they greet you by name snd have no problem answering any as question or even just talking. Best of all is their wellness program, which I highly recomend, that makes paying for the visits a lot less worrisome. Ive only brought the one cat to them this past year but Ill be updating all my pets on their shots with this clinic. Ill be heartbroken when I move and can no longer use them. Ive only ever found one vet as open and compassionate as them.

Saw Dr. Kindred when our dog was hit by a car. He was very thorough in diagnosing her and laying out our options. He was very gentle with her, and even though he was a doctor you could tell he loved animals. She needed very expensive surgery, and he did not push us, clearly explaining dangers of the surgery and his estimate at the (slim) chances of her survival. We opted for the surgery (naturallY) and she had a rough go but pulled through.

The staff and Dr. Kindred are great with Max, my 4 year old Collie / Golden Retriever. You can tell theyre all dog lovers the way they treat my little fella. They patiently answer all of my questions, especially when I worry about Max (Max has early onset kidney disease)... Weve been going to Dr. Kindreds clinic ever seen we got Max as a rescue dog in November 2013. I fully trust them to take good care of Max. Glad I found them...

Love this vet! I adopted a chihuahua from OCAS about a year ago that turned out to be very sick. Kennel cough that turned into pneumonia. I cant begin to tell you the great care and attention the vet and his staff gave my baby. They fought just as hard as I did to save her. Today, she is a happy healthy bundle of energy. You would not believe she was once so sick. Thank you Dr. Kindred and staff!

Since all the reviews are out dated I figured Id review. We brought our rescue pup here for the first time last month and have another appointment next week, everyone is super friendly and sweet to our timid girl. Also, since we had her adoption paperwork with us, they gave us a free dose of heartworm medicine and initial exam. Which is almost an 80 dollar value, so I was pretty impressed.
