I was greeted by an employee who tried to sell me a special offer they had for cancer of the mouth and gum. I fold the employee that ai would decline the offer at that time, but will seriously consider it in the future. It was then explained to me what to expect during my visit. This included a through check up and a cleaning by a dental hygienist. I was very impressed with the examination by the dentist and looked forward to the restoration of the many problems he found. The employee told me that their office manager would get back to me with what the restoration would cost minus insurance coverage. I was agreeable to asked when I would get the cleaning from the dental hygienist which was promised to me earlier. The employee told me that they would not be doing that today because I was NOT QUALIFIED for this service. She rambled about how serious my problems were and that their cleaning protocol could not be done until some work was done. This sounded phony to me and dare I say "BAIT AND SWITCH" tactic. I left the office with out receiving the cleaning service that was promised to me and that my insurance company does cover as part of my benefit. I am disappointing that I cannot go forward with the recommendations that were to be made for insofar as my dental health however I cannot do business with any firm or health care provider who is deceptive from the very beginning of our relationship. Does the term rip-off seem appropriate?

I purchased a Groupon for this locations exam, x-ray, and cleaning. It was cheaper than what their office offers new patients, but the cleaning did not come with a fluoride treatment as other practices offer. The fluoride was an extra $20 ,which I declined. The cleaning was done well and the staff were very kind and comforting. This company is a franchise; they have updated equipment and clean exam rooms, however the cray machines are still the "old-school" digital one that require you to have the mouth pieces placed in your mouth prior to each x-ray.

I am a new patient, and knew I am going to need extensive dental work. Dr. Tarnowski and his hygienist were very professional, and comforting when I found out just how much more work I will need than I thought. At this point, I have only had x-rays and my initial consultation. I am returning for a deep debridement next month, and will then schedule the work required. I will leave a further review after I have completed my dental work. So far I am feeling confident about my choice for dental care.

I found HealthMow Dental through my Medicare and was pleasantly surprised upon my first visit. The dentist spoke with me after x-rays and reviewed them with me thoroughly. I was told by my prior dentist that I should have my two remaining wisdom teeth removed, but thhis dentist did not agree. He could have agreed and cost me money, but he was honest in his assessment. A good working group, dentist, Hygeinist, and receptionist all! Highly recommended by me.

Love this office! Everyone is always pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Lampert explains everything very well and takes great care of his patients. I was leaving for a vacation and had a "tooth emergency". All other dentists I tried didnt relieve my tooth aches. Dr. Lampert did the job and he did it well. Highly recommended!

DrT is GREAT! brandy and the staff here make me wonder why I feared the dentist. I love the fact that the chairs massage and I can watch TV while having dental work done. Finally a dentist office I am not afraid of.
