This is the BEST VET ON EARTH. My dog Diesel was hit by a truck that was moving 65 Mph. We rushed him to an overnight vet that sent him home to suffer and die. The next morning my friend took us to the Outback Animal Hospital to have him put to sleep so he would suffer no longer. DR. P saved his life and for pennies on the dollar to what I was quoted by the other vet. Diesel has had 2 surgeries and 1 of them was performed by Dr. P on her day off. I can not say enough about the staff. These girls have absolutely went above and beyond to take the best care of my dog I have ever seen. We are allowed to visit him as often as we can. The treatment we receive while there is first rate. IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL AND YOU WANT A VET THAT REALLY CARES THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. WE OWE HER DIESELS LIFE, WITH OUT THIS PLACE AND THESE PEOPLE MY DOG WOULD HAVE DIED FOR SURE.

If being treated as a valued customer is important to you, do not go to Outback Animal Hospital. Twice, the office manager has been extremely rude, and has trained the other office staff to follow her lead. Hence, if you have an issue that needs to be resolved (e.g., requesting a refund when youve been overcharged), you will be made to feel like you are imposing, or told you are "overreacting," when you attempt to resolve the issue. This is unfortunate, because the vet, Dr. Proutsas, is superb. She has competently and capably treated our two dogs and cat, but they will now go elsewhere because of the office manager.

Weve taken our dogs and cats there, and everyone liked it as well as they can like going to the vet. We even brought a very sick dog we were fostering there. Because she was a temporary foster to be sent to its new owner, but was too sick to travel (heartworms, and a few other issues). They set up an account for people to contribute to her care and the rescue we worked with was referring its members there to donate what they could. They went above and beyond to help. We will definitely go back.

I had an emergency situation happen with my dog. I called and they said bring her in well see you. I get there and they acted as if I was a burden took her back just to tell me cant see her too busy to take her somewhere else. Really?! My family and I used to come to this vet all the time, but we stopped going because staff kept changing and it just wasnt how it used to be. After the experience I had today I am reminded why my family changed vets.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE....THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES. THEY TELL YOU A PRICE AND THEN CHARGE TWICE THAT. I BOARDED MY DOGS THERE WAS TOLD 20 A DAY FOR BOTH DOGS, THEY CHARGED ME TWICE THAT AND MY DOG CAME HOME SICK, AND THEY SAY ITS A COINCIDENCE !!!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE

They do not let you go back with your pet. (For vaccinations) they do not run on time. If you need an Rx for another company to fill your prescription. -they charge you. Unprofessional and incompetent.
