Never met a more friendly office staff and they try to please you even if you come in at the last minute. Never a problem of getting appointment as they take care of you when you need it!!! Love Dr. Ray and believe it or not I think my dog likes him better than he likes me. He has never tried to bite Dr. Ray, but he tried to do that to me 6 times yesterday and has succeeded in the past. Have to explain....I thought he had a burr of some kind in front paw as he was limply badly. First he let me touch his pad and I made sure nothing was in it. It happened very close to home, but Charlie would not put paw down again. Got in house and he jumped up on my bed and would do nothing on my terms, only on his. After trying to check paw again (2 times) I knew I was lucky to still have a hand!! Finally guessed that he had burned his paw even though we only walked in shade. It was Sunday and no ER Vet for me...Got some ice in a bag and cooled Charlie down and tried to get some on paw.....it took hours, but finally squeezed it between mouth and paw. He did cool down and did not leave me. But it was over 6 hours before he put paw on ground. Was much more careful today, but he had some of the same symptons today after a walk in grass. Now I am only going to walk him at dusk and night!!! Would have brought him to you but was expecting a call from Dr. about cateract surgery.

I only recently had my first experience with the Spartanburg Animal Clinic. I had a sick puppy that didnt receive the help he needed at another vets office so I brought him to the S.A.C. for a second opinion. The staff was quick and efficient with getting my dog checked in and prepared for the veterinarians assessment. Dr. Davidson was very polite and took the time to explain what was needed to figure out what was going on with my dog. He answered all of my questions in easy to understand terms and made me feel comfortable with is diagnosis. I didnt feel pressured into making any rushed decisions and thats important to me. I was given a clear plan of action on how to help my dog and he is already showing signs of improvement. A wonderful experience and at a reasonable price. I will only be using the Spartanburg Animal Clinic from now on.

My family has had a lot of pets over the decades and we have been with the Spartanburg Animal Clinic since 1965, thats 50 years! The doctors and many staff have come & gone over the years, but the care and devotion the clinic has for the animals is obvious. The clinic has kept good medical records for me and always send reminders when something is due for one of the kids. The costs, like most clinics, can be high, particularly with 4 pets as I have, but the Clinic accepts Care Credit as a payment option, which not all vet offices will, and this enables me to pay off my bill without incurring interest debt over several months. In addition to the vet services, the Clinic can also provide euthanasia & cremation services, and while always a difficult thing to endure, the support & care from the staff can be very comforting.

My beloved lab, Buck, underwent surgery at SAC. I was nervous, of course, but I had more of a feeling of peace because of the confidence I have in the vets and techs who work there. Buck was boarded for 2 weeks after the procedure to ensure he wouldnt tear out stitches. I knew he would end up actually enjoying his time with the staff because of the love and attention he would get. Communication was great- if I had questions, I felt comfortable calling. If the doctor wasnt available, my calls were promptly returned. I highly recommend SAC. Thanks for taking care of my best friend.

Spartanburg Animal Clinic has been the primary source of care for all of our furry babies - dogs and cats - for over 30 years. Whether for routine immunizations or serious illness, the doctors and staff at Spartanburg Animal Clinic have provided our pets with excellent medical attention in a friendly, caring environment. They have celebrated new puppies with us and grieved with us when weve lost beloved furry family members. Dr. Davidson and his staff are the best and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care and attention for their fur babies!

I had a wonderful experience with this clinic. Dr. Meagan made me feel like she cared about my cat. She was patient over the phone, answered all my questions, and never seemed rushed with me. I can tell that this lady really cares and I just flat-out felt that I can count on this clinic to take care of my pets. Im not going anywhere else for my cats health needs.

During Hurricane Matthew, my family and 4 dogs , one cat was displaced. This WONDERFUL office allowed us to board two of our dogs w/ minimal cost. The whole staff was friendly, kind, and understanding. They were AWESOME!!!!!
