Dr. Madera is amazing. Period. We have two large bully breed dogs that are often met with fear and disdain (even in the veterinary community) they want to force muzzles on them despite their calm temperament, or talk in generalizations about the "kind of dogs" they are... but not Madera, he gets down on the floor with them, tells us how beautiful they are, and is never fearful. His staff is the exact same way, caring, kind, welcoming. I truly believe that they love my dogs and are concerned with their well-being. Hes also a genius when it comes to veterinary care; my Dogo had severe environmental allergies so Madera referred us to a specialist who got him cleared up straight away. Our rescue pup had kennel cough from the ASPCA, he pressed one finger on her chest/throat, made her cough, and knew exactly the cause and plan for treatment. Insect bites? Hes got it covered. Limp? He knows why. Hes seriously the dog whisperer. He also has the cheapest prices on medication, even beating online/discount prices. I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this practice, the doctor(s) and their staff!

A wonderful experience at this vet. Katie got the actual animal doctor and not a technician and thats more than I can say about 192 vet, and they could not give me an app. for 3 days. St. Francis offered same morning. The vet was a really nice man that I felt very comfortable talking to. He spent a lot of time on Katie and was really on the ball of what to do and what not to do. Price was very reasonable. Office very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. I even got a follow up call and a thank you e-mail. Check out the hours of operation, no other vet in St. Cloud has those hours.

My wife and I have finally found a great vet with a caring staff for our dog. We adopted a dog from the shelter and wanted to establish a relationship with a good vet in town. We read the reviews and decided to try St. Francis. They are thorough, reasonably priced and have weekend hours. Apparently they have very good capability in their facility as all required tests were performed immediately. Treatment has been right on the money. We just took our dog this past week for an ear infection. She was treated successfully, again. And the vet called us to follow up. Class service.

Best veterinarian weve ever been to. Theyre always friendly, the building is always clean, and Ive never once had a issue with our appointments. If a pet needs a shot or medicine they call the next day to follow up. Weve sadly had to bring several pets here to be put down, and they treat these moments with incredibly care and compassion. The level of care they provide is beyond measure. I cannot recommend Saint Francis enough.

Weve been taking our pets here for several years now. The facility is always clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The Doctors and Techs are gentle on the pets. Saint Francis took incredible care of us when one of our cats was very sick. Even though he ultimately passed away, Saint Francis did everything they could and treated him like one of their own.
