I believe the experience to be professional as well as genuine, Dr. OSullivan was able to make recommendations for in home care and what to expect from medications prescribed, as well as the best and worst case scenarios given conditions present. I have a couple more dogs that need check ups also and I already found there next vet/Doctor based on my 1st experience. I truly believe that 1st impressions mean everything, the facility is clean, friendly, and even had hot coffee at 10am several hours after they had been open. Furthermore, my 1st visit they had the name of me and my pet on the welcome new friends board very nice touch and definitely worth giving another visit based on my 1st experience and impression

My puppy contracted Parvo which is highly fatal. We took him to the first vet who said I absolutely have to put him down. Said he had no chance of survival and that any money spent would be wasted. We left that vet and found Dr. David at Animal Medical Clinic. They were instantly hopeful and told us to let them have him for 3-5 days. On the second day we were told he was healthy enough to take home!! And we paid 1/3 of what we had expected to. They treated him like he was their own puppy and returned him to us happier than we have ever seen him. This place saved our babys life. I would call Dr. David and her nurses "miracle workers" :)

Dr Quest was wonderful. Too bad she is NO longer there. Some of the staff members are extremely rude and they should have been fired long ago. Check your receipts as this is a " money mill " operation and I have been charged for services I did not receive. Without going line by line on my receipt and asking questions I never would have caught the mistakes. They were indignant about the errors. They assume you should pay any price without question for ANY service or product because after all dont you LOVE your pet??? Also your pet enters the place without fleas and gets home with them.

Twice I had to call them on an emergency basis, and both times they fit me in immediately. Dr. Lee is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, kind, and truly concerned with the well-being of my dogs. Sara, the tech, spent just as much time calming me down during my Lexis allergic reaction as she did taking care of Lexi. The rest of the staff are just as sweet. I went there initially when my "former" vet could not fit me in during an emergency. Now I am a convert, and will never go anywhere else!!! Thank you Dr. Lee and Animal Clinic of Orlando for being so fabulous!

Ive gone to AMC twice now, and both times they were punctual, communicative, and friendly. Everything seemed reasonably priced, and I didnt feel like I was being "sold" on particular treatments or products. Today, my dog was kept there all day, and Dr. David called me midway through, at the time I requested, and gave a thorough update (Ive had many vets fail to meet their promises with things like that). Ive never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. I couldnt imagine a better experience.

Im moving to Tampa in the fall and I am still going to bring my animals there. The staff is really nice and they listen to all your concerns. They also have people who see some exotic animals. I took my cat (who had an infection) and sugar glider there and it cost us about 200 dollars for the meds, boarding, test, and the check ups. Really good price, would recommend to any one who has concerns about their pets well-being.

Ive only gone to this clinic when Ive been seriously concerned about my pets health. Its always a scary and stressful time. At this clinic, Ive been treated with compassion and kindness. The vets and staff are loving and trustworthy. I highly recommend this clinic -- a small clinic where you get a lot of attention and its easy to make an appointment.

Ive had a ton of vets throughout my life.. This place is awesome. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. The doctor, Dr. Quest, was really down to earth and gave me a couple different options with remedies for my dog. She didnt just try to push something they were selling. I went to them based on the reviews from here! Weve found our new vets!

The facility was clean and tidy, and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Quest was wonderful with our cat Cooper, he took to her right away and she made sure he was comfortable during his vaccinations. We will certainly be back, and consider this "our" vet from here on out! :)

Drs. Lee, OSullivan and Quest have taken great care of our senior beagles. The entire staff is compassionate and responsive. The facility is clean and inviting. We dont live in this area of town anymore, but still make the trip because we have had such a great experience.

Dr Garrels is wonderful with birds! She is the first vet who gave my cockatiel valium, when he had a seizure at the vet. He always has stress seizures, and it was so nice she took such good care of him.
