NORA DAZA

Dr. Diaz is simply one of a kind. First and for most once you walk into his office you immediately feel the warmth and with that being said you can only imagine the treatment your exotic baby is about to receive. We came across him during an urgent matter ofcourse during a holiday weekend with our cockatiel after taking her to another vet who said shell be fine. He at no moment hesitated to answer our call. Had it not been for the utmost immediate care Dr. Diaz provided shed sadly probably wouldnt be here with us. He saved her life. We also have an Indian Ring Neck Parrot whos paranoid of men due to an incident he encountered. The love and care he provides his patients is immediately perceived by your pet. I was dumbfounded when our Jesse was so comfortable being handled by Dr. Diaz which I beforehand let them know how scared he was. Dr. Diaz is a true blessing to Orlando although I live far theres no way I will ever take our babies elsewhere. His staff is also very thorough ready to answer and address your concern. If you need an exotic vet Dr. Diaz is the one to go to. I highly recommend him to anyone requiring his services.

Dr. Diaz and his staff are fantastic. We recently had to have our oldest rat brought in for a massive tumor removal. Dr. Diaz did a fantastic job with her, and he was very open and helpful during her recovery, too. I appreciated that he took the time to explain to us everything that was going on and helped us figure out the best treatment during her recovery. He is great with animals; you can tell from the way he interacts with them that he loves them all. I dont have words to express how grateful I am that he took care of our rat so well. Highly recommended!

Dr. Diaz is amazing! He always goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is getting the best care possible and he keeps excellent communication with all clients. I have been bringing my rats and bearded dragon to him for years and the 2 hour drive for me to get there is well worth it. The staff is always friendly and accommodating as well are very knowledgeable themselves. The clinic is super clean and welcoming too. Just an all-around great exotic vet and I cant say enough good things about them.

Best Exotic vet in town! I highly recommend Dr. Santiago Diaz and his staff to anyone looking. I have two rats who have both had the pleasure of being under Dr. Diaz care when they were ill. I cant say enough about how much I appreciate all the time he spent actually researching their unusual health issues, and all the times he has personally called to check up on my boys during their recovery. You never hope your pets will get ill, but if they do, this hospital is the place to go!

Dr. Diaz and his staff are amazing!! My first visit there was today, emergency with my sick bunny, they took me in just as soon as I could get there...no waiting game, they were there to greet me, took my bunny to the back immediately and started to examine him. He was their number 1 concern! My "New Patient" info could wait till my was once bunny was stabilised .... You can truly feel that Dr .Diazs heart is in the animals well being. Brought my bearded dragon here for the first time. My drive from tampa was completely worth it!! Not only was the staff extremely welcoming and cheerful, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure I understood everything and to give my beardie the best care that they could. Prices are very fair also. Very infectious and positive attitude in that entire office. Luckily, Exotic Animal Hospital of Orlando popped up in my area. The staff is so welcoming and Santiago Diaz was full of expert advice. Even my normally fussy boy seemed at ease. Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Diaz and his staff. We are so happy that he started his practice in Orlando and now takes care of our 3 rescue bunnies.
