Have had 3 months of physical therapy to strengthen my arthritic right knee to regain more mobility. Physical therapists were knowledgeable, had a varied routine to gradually strengthen the knee over time without causing regression, offered great advice on continuing a program on my own to continue to build strength and increase flexibility, and answered my queries about my condition so I better understood how to continue to deal with it. In talking to friends, found 2 others who had previously been there and spoke highly of their experiences as well.
