For the most part a great Dr. But .... a prescription was submitted even after I explained I did not want and will not use it. Now 2-3 Days after the conversation, I get the Walmart pharmacy robo-call that my prescription is ready. This is why the cost of healthcare has risen to meteoric heights! Its not medicare skyrocketing its the over-prescribing! My previous Dr. ordered 750 pills where the specialist Id seen for over 12 years had me using 120 for Four Months! 5 minute consultations were charged $475. I know I dont physically pay for it BUT Medicare gets charged that amount! If you switched grocery stores and your next Meat Specialist (butcher) Charged you $75 for a roast when you previous was $4.79 would that be acceptable! Although that is rather funny, this is how Health care got out of hand.

Horrible experience these people are so rude please dont allow yourself to get disappointed by these crooks they will do anything just to make you keep coming to jack up your bill I rather die than go back to this place this was the worse doctor I ever been to in my life and Im 55 they took advantage of me and I almost died please beware might as well go to the ER your better off! Customer service is horrible beware off these crooks! Please I wouldnt wish this on my worse enemy I cant go into details cause Im scared they might know who I am and try and steal my SSN! This is a warning for anyone seeking help from a health professional DONT GO!!

Just relocated into the area. After waiting 2 weeks for the appointment I was called and asked to come early for an 11:30 appointment. I came in at 10:30 and at noon was asked to come back at 2 so the doctor could leave. I was trying to establish a new family doctor since we are expecting a new baby in a month. I was told she doesnt do kids or write scripts ... needless to say I left disappointed. Will be following up with my insurance as well to warn others. Terrible business eticate ! Id give negative stars if I could

I went with my uncle on several occasions and she spoke down to him each time because he would disagree with things she was telling him. She just kept having him come in for follow up appointments but never told him what for. Also, we had to wait almost an hour each time to be seen. My cousin lives with him now and was able to get him a much better doctor who actually listens to him. He feels much better and has only been seen my his new doctor twice this whole summer.

This doctor and her staff made my health condition worse! I would of been better off going to the ER room. Poor customer services at the front desk. Long wait times on the phone and in the waiting room! AND once you are seen expect to pay a lot of money... only to be given the run around. This doctor does not actually help people. My recommendation: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

wanted my mother to travel 2 1/2 hours to get a 2nd opinion on her mammogram and would not transfer any consult to get it done right away. Staff was rude and Dr. told her to go somewhere else if she didnt like it. She was nervous enough, now shes a wreck. I think she has some sort of arrangement where she only promotes certain imaging facilities. Horrible experience.

Ive used Dr Shaw for 2 years and I really like her. She has a good bedside manner. I never feel rushed and she is very thorough. I have never known her to over prescribe medications for me. We have always been able to compromise with each other. I highly recommend this Dr.

Long waits. Not thorough. Called and left voice message on Friday late afternoon stating an urgent problem in blood work that I needed to call them about on Monday morning. Left me worried about it all weekend with nobody to call.
