I was with Dr. Roche for one year, off and on,which was all I could take. At the beginning her staff up front, had attitudes. I had to do a conference call with them and the manager. Sometime when you ask for her, its her on the phone telling you shes not available. Dr. herself runs the place like she doesnt want to see anyone other than her people (Hispanics). The waiting time is ridiculous come early, get seen when she is ready. Half the time I dont think she was even there. Her staff takes your co-pay and then you wait FOREVER! No matter wait time your appointment is you pay, you sit, and your waiting 1 hr to 2 hours. Then they place you in a room and wait more. Then there is a notice of how many questions you can ask her and how long you should take to ask. She leaves you after speaking with you and then her staff gets the appointments incorrect. Im placing one star, but really its no stars for that office. Run for your life to someone else because she has no bedside manner. AT ALL

I love Dr Roque & her staff! I have been going to her for years now. Although you may have to wait at times, but then again, she is only 1 doctor handling many patients & giving each patient their own specialized care! I have NEVER felt rushed as you do with most doctors. Dr Roque is extremely thorough and listens to all of your concerns as well as answers any questions you may have. I have visited other doctors before her and never had the level of care and attention to detal that I have with her. She truely gets to the heart of things & always has your best interest at heart.

I think she is an excellent Doctor. I do agree that the waiting time can be frustrating some times, but I the end is always worth it. I have been in other Doctors office where they see you in less than 30 minutes and the Doctor really dont care much about your medical problems, but the time and money that is wasting with you in the room. I love this doctor and this doctors office. The staff is very nice and professional. The doctor is extremely thorough and helpful. Definitely happy with this office!!!!

This place is an absolute joke... Made a new patient appointment. Showed up 30 mins early to ne considerate and fill out paperwork early only to be waiting 1 hour and 45 mins past my appointment time and still not seen by Dr. Ended up walking out and saw Dr as leaving whos response was her average wait time is 1 hour and to deal with it. Needless to say I will never return and hope that this will help you decide to think hard about your decision to go there

I have been a patient of Dr Rouque since she opened her office in Riverview, I have only had two doctors that I felt were exceptional and she is one of them. Although wait time can be annoying it is well worth the wait because Dr rouque will give you the time needed weather it be ten minutes or thirty and did I mention the staff they are great

I love Dr. Roque. She is thorough and great bedside manner. I have been seeing her for many years and have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this office. If anyone has had an issue, more than likely it was them and not Dr. Roque.
