Would not recommend. The only reason I gave this joke 1 star is because I couldnt post my comment without it. Im writing my reveiw from their parking lot. My son had an appointment at 3, which we made over a month ago. We arrived at 230pm to take care of any necessary paperwork. The rep charged me for the co pay. After sitting for 30 minutes I was told that my appointment was at 2 and they would have to reschedule. Mind you I drove an hour and checked my son out of school. The office manger, who claimed to be a mommy and also claimed she understood, was unhelpful as well. The entire ordeal was a waste of time, the staff is very unprofessional. Main receptionist eating Wendys while checking patients in. Funny, a sign is posted no eating or drinking due to patients having food allergies, she sends a woman away with her drink when the office reared of French fries! Environment was not welcoming nor professional. Had my co pay refunded and made an appointment with another office the same day.

I highly recommend Dr. Jaymie Fox and Jessica Hankins. They recently evaluated my 17 year-old son who had a "encyclopedia" sized medical and developmental history and needed an updated psycho-ed evaluation for his KB Waiver application. I also have a 22 yr-old daughter who has autism. In 18 years of working with professionals diagnosing my two autistic kids, Dr. Foxs report (by far) is one of the most well-written and thorough. I am truly amazed at what she was able to compile and assess and wish everyone (including myself) could work as efficiently and effectively as her. Jessica Hankins was also very professional and effective in evaluating my son, who has a very limited attention span. I wish I had found Georgia Pediatric Psychologys practice when we moved here 4 years ago. I am grateful to have found them as a valuable asset to my sons care.

This office is totally unprofessional and they do NOT care about customer service. I had to wait 5 MONTHS for my sons first appointment only to have another follow up appointment scheduled 4 months later for testing. The testing was $1400 out-of-pocket and the follow up to discuss the test results with the Doctor were scheduled another 4 months out. THAT IS OVER A YEAR TO WAIT FOR 3 APPOINTMENTS!! Additionally, the last appointment to discuss the test results cost AN ADDITIONAL $175 just to discuss the doctors assessment! Lastly, the assessment DID NOT INCLUDE my sons teachers assessment that she had sent in! So I have to pay $1575 for an incomplete assessment?!?!?! Office manager was no help, only restated the $175 fee to review test results. DO NOT take your children here!!!! I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars!!

Very courteous and professional office. Everyone we had contact with were encouraging and friendly. For the person who said they would not let her keep her appointment because she came 30 minutes early to do paper work.....The forms are emailed to you or mailed to you to be filled out before you arrive, It took me 2 hours to fill them out, There were 2 other forms after arriving at the office...There is a reason some forms are to be filled out prior to your appoimtment time and that is the dr will be reviewing them while you are checking in and filling out the 2 other forms. This process is only to help the Dr to be better acquainted with your child when she meets him/her, I am very glad I chose this practice to have my child evaluated.

Horrible customer service. I have been calling for WEEKS to get a call back and I am not even a new patient!! I have both received call back, all you get are voice mails. The wait time to get in once you are there is over an hour (with an appt). There was standing room only the last time we were there. Obviously frustrating....if you have a child with a need for therapy, or who is sick, shouldnt you not have to get upset when just trying to make an appointment for then to see a therapist???

Psychologists are attentive, thorough, good with kids. But dont provide therapy, too much in-office paperwork that should be able to be completed via online submission, without having to be printed. Also, evaluation results take 8 weeks to receive, yet doctor has no available appointments for 3 months+ AFTER the evaluation in order to review the results with the parent. That is ridiculous and majorly flawed. Receptionists are very courteous, greet you with a smile, polite and accommodating.

Dr. Fox has been wonderful to a recently arrived family from Congo. Their autistic son had never had any therapy and has really so well with Dr. Fox. She is both caring and professional.
