I really want to give them NO STARS. Dr. Brown is a joke. I took my dog to get a pregnancy test in which the first one came back inconclusive so then we were told to bring her back in for a second one. Which then they had a RECEPTIONIST give my dog another blood test, which went horrible because they stuck my dog four times, hurting her, and only pulled out a centimeter of blood to tell me a few days later the test was negative. But a few days later my dog had puppies. Wow. Biggest jokes ever. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE.

There needs to be a NO STARS rating. They were recommended by the breeder and they cropped my dobbies ears and tail.BIG MISTAKE!!!!!. My dogs ears are totally mis-shaped, his left ear is 3/4 of an inch longer than the right. And his right ear totally mis-shaped. I now have an appointment with my clinic for $460.00 (price approx) to try and repair his tail, the bone is exposed and, his ears cannot be repaired. Pictures to prove it. Use at your own risk!!!!

Dr. Brown butchered six puppies ears, gave one puppy gangrene in the ear, one puppy gangrene in the umbilical cord where he was suppose to fix. All ears were butchered miss shaped, done inproperly have all documentation to prove it!!!! Wife Dawn is an idiot, Dr. Brown will never return your call, runs from any conversation and talks around you! Do not allow him to do ear cropping or anything with your animal, he is the worst vet in the World

My experiences at southwest is always a pleasant one. Dr McCant is a sociable gentlemen and always seem to have a gentle touch with my dog. The staff is very informative and greets with a warm smile. There prices are very reasonable and i always leave feeling that all my questions have been answered. Southwest gives you simple service and allows you to have a piece of mind about the four legged member of your family.

I have been going to this veterinary for years but I will think very hard before returning to pay with my money mishandling my dog all wrong cut nails too short made them bleed gave wrong dosage of flea regimen and made flea irritation worse continous scratching and red irritation for days didnt show any care I guess because shes a small dog I will say this was the worst visit Ive ever experienced

I took my dog in to get spayed and have her shots. When I got to the office, it was dirty and smelled bad. They quoted me one price on the phone, then charged me a different price at the office. The doctor was supposed to be in later to do the work, so I left the dog overnight. When I went to pick her up in the morning, no work had been done. The doctor never showed up. I wont be going back.
