I have been receiving care at Uptown Dental for years, before it was even named Uptown Dental, actually. I have honestly NEVER had a bad experience at this office. People there know me by name, and they know my children as well. Its like im going to see friends quite honestly. The dental hygienists are very knowledgeable about what they do, and they take the time to explain what they are doing before they do it. Im never afraid to ask questions about my oral health, or about a procedure im about to endure. One of my children expressed to me that she loves one of the dental hygienists in particular, "because she is always nice". The front desk manager has always been kind to me over the years. I always look forward to Dr. Williams greeting me with a smile and a handshake. I can tell that he truly cares about his patients, and we are not just another number on the patient list. He puts me at ease, and im always laughing in his office-its always a great experience(considering going to the dentist is never fun when you have to fill cavities or have a tooth pulled!) I swear, I dont see how anyone could have any complaints about this office. Also, I have a different kind of insurance from my children, where mine requires me to pay something out of pocket. My childrens insurance is not accepted at their office, and I could easily take my children elsewhere for free. This may sound crazy to most, but I decided to keep my children at Uptown Dental, because I am familiar with this office, and the people here are always kind to me and my family. I would rather pay out of pocket to be seen by Dr. Williams than to have a terrible experience elsewhere for free. Thats just my personal choice. THATS how much I am pleased with this dental office, FOR REAL. I am a single parent, and its rough, and I have had to pay thousands of dollars over the years to the dentist, but they work with me on my payments, so I can get my work taken care of, and I truly could not appreciate Dr. Williams and his whole staff more than I already do.

I called at 4:15 p.m. in a panic with a dental emergency. I had never been to this dentist before, but they were recommended by my nearest hospital emergency room. The nurse politely told me the soonest she could see my son was at 10 a.m. the next morning. Of course, I took it. Ten minutes later she phoned again and asked how soon could we get there! We drove through rush hour traffic to arrive ten minutes after I said I would be there. Dr. Williams and his staff waited on us, saw my son, and expertly handled his situation even though it meant leaving the office two hours after closing. My husband watched and was impressed by how precise and thorough he was to my sons injuries. The office nurse was extremely reassuring, offered us all bottled water, and put on cartoons in the waiting room for my little ones who were worried about their big brother. No one made us feel as if we were an annoyance for working extra late, and the work Dr. Williams did was excellent! Needless to say we have a new family dentist, and were all very pleased thus far.

This is the worse dental office ever. I went there for an extraction and 2 fillings and here i am now months later with a damaged lingual nerve, sensitive fillings and possible paresthesia on left side. I was seen by Dr. Rose Green. She is the worse dentist ever. So i end up going to a different dentist which did x-rays and saw the overflow of filling surrounding my teeth, decay on the fillings, irritated gums, and lost of nerve on the left side of my tongue. Its been months and my gum is still numb and i have no feeling on the left side of my tongue. Im in the process of seeing specialists to correct this problem. Dr. Williams tried to correct the problem but failed. He claimed I shouldnt have any more issues but that was a lie. So not only did they go in twice to correct fillings the issue still isnt fix. Im going to file a complain with the BBB. This place needs to be closed down.

Awesome. I called them and had an emergency visit within an hour. I had TWO extractions done and was in and out in about an hour and a half. Dr. Williams and his assistant Don were accommodating, caring, attentive, and just cool in general. I was never judged or talked down to. I had a HORRIBLE experience just yesterday but felt completely comfortable when I went to Uptown. I really appreciate the way they worked around me being comfortable instead of sacrificing my comfort and anxiety to get done quickly. They never tried to push me to spend money on costly procedures when they knew I wasnt able and they are working with me on an affordable treatment plan so that I may save my other teeth. I hope Dr. Williams (and Don!) stick around the area because Id have a hard time finding a better dentist! Ill definitely be recommending them to everyone!

Me and my partner had an appointment scheduled, at which time I took a day off of work. Upon the scheduled visit, the receptionist (who was quite rude and unprofessional) stated that they tried to contact us to confirm the appointment 2 days prior, but never received a response, so they cancelled the appointment...and the next appointment available was 3 MONTHS LATER!!!! We checked our caller ID and did not have any missed calls from Uptown Dental, nor any messages stating that we had to confirm the appointment. As a side note, they only had 1 dental hygienist in the office and the waiting room was packed! We will make it a point not to do business with them and will be reporting them to our dental insurance.

I was in the office last week and had one of the best dental experiences of my life. The entire visit from the moment I walked in the door until I left was great! The ladies at the desk were so nice helping me to figure out my insurance and paperwork. Then when I went in for my appointment with the doctor, Dr. Williams and his assistant went over and beyond to make sure I understood what I needed to fix my tooth. They were able to address my concerns and I left feeling confident about the work that was done. I will be back soon for another appointment and I recommend them to everyone!

Uptown Dental is without question a 5 star dental practice! From checking in with Brittani, the awesome text message confirmation for appts and the excellent care that Dr Williams and his staff provide is awesome. His professionalism and care is top notch as well as all of his staff members. Pamela is excellent with getting my family worked in during emergencies and always explains all procedures and costs thoroughly and in terms that I can understand. I recommend this practice to all my family and friends, definitely 5 stars

I love this place wholeheartedly! I called the emergency after hours number because I chipped my tooth, not only was it unsightly but I was in pain. Pam fit me in the very next day! I got my ex-rays done and and the dentist was kind enough to fill it the same day as well! For a very reasonable price might I add! I have been going here for years and my son has been here as well! Pam is amazing and the professionalism at this establishment is on another level! I am very pleased!
