This place is great. I went in for a teeth cleaning and ended up getting my upper wisdom teeth pulled. I know right... why would a person be happy about that? Well let me tell you why! I left my last dentist because I scheduled to get my teeth cleaned and my wisdom teeth pulled. I took that day and the follow day off work for healing. I went for my appointment they told me that they had me scheduled for a cleaning only. I got some random excuses that they couldnt do it onsite. They could of told me that when I was scheduling. Long story short it was a bad customer experience. I will stop venting over the past and finishing giving high praise and letting you know how I found these guys! I found this place on google of course and it had high reviews.. I called and was luckily they took/excepted my insurance. Staff was friendly and the dentist truly surprised me when he told me he could pull my wisdom teeth today. I figured I would have to schedule another appointment and get it done later. Which wouldve been fine. Instead I got the laughing gas and a couple Novacaine shots and the next thing I know my wisdom teeth where gone. FYI... I am leaving this review the same day as my extraction. I did get a prescription in case the pain kicked in, but 4 hours later I am not really feeling any pain at all. No need for pills. I think that speaks to the great job he did. I definitely needed pills when I got my lowers pulled. This place was top notch and I am glad to say... This is my new Dentist! I have never been to such a wonderful dentist! This is my first time ever writing a web review but thanks need to been given when it is well deserved! I had a emergency last month and they got me in quick. Little did I know I had found the best dentist in the local area. The cost shocked me it was so low and the staff did everything possible to sooth my fears! I came back to get a checkup and again I was so happy with how things went. I have never been to such a kind man as Dr Sadrina. The front desk lady helped me to get a plan within my budget and all the dental assistants were so nice. I am now a customer for life! If you are scared of the dentist this is the place to go never once did they make me feel uncomfortable.

I absolutely recommend this DENTAL CENTER for everyone!!! I have NEVER been treated so GREAT in all my life! The dentist Dr. J is just the best in the business. He explains in detail what he is going to do. He always puts you at ease with any procedure. The staff is AMAZING. They go above and beyond their call of duty. My root canal & crown is wonderful. I had very little pain or discomfort. This office also has state of the art equipment for all types of procedures. STOP BEING AFRAID!!!!! I PROMISE YOU DR. J & the caring STAFF aka "ANGELS" WILL MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. I PROMISE you will be so glad you came. Thank you Dr. (AWESOME) J & all you angels that assist here at this cozy office. You DO MATTER here. :)

I have never had a bad experience at Mall Road Dental Center. Dr. Jay Sadrina and staff are always very friendly and pleasant to work with. Brittney at the front desk is awesome, and is quick to return my call when Ive needed to leave a message to gets me whatever information I need. Dr. Sadrinas assistant, Christen, is amazing, making sure I am comfortable and have everything I need when I am seen. Dr. Sadrina himself always makes sure I am at ease and does everything he can to make my experience as painless and comfortable as possible. A very nice surprise. Overall, an excellent team and overall experience every time. Very glad to have found Mall Road Dental Center!

I found myself in need of an emergency dentist recently and found Mall Road Dental to have emergency dental service and called for an appointment. They were able to get me in within an hour of my call and quickly assessed the situation at hand.I went back for a follow up visit for a cleaning and tooth extraction a few weeks later. Dr Sadrinia and his staff at Mall Road Dental are all very nice people. The hygienist is very gentle and so is Dr. Sadrinia. I had been in search of a good dentist as the one I had been going to was too expensive. I found my new dentist! I would definitely recommend this practice to others...as a matter-of-fact, I already have.

I walked in to get a filling replaced that had fallen out. The place wasnt even packed it was me and one other person. I sat in the waiting room for an hour. When they finally got me back into the dental chair I sat there and waited another 2 and a half hours before being so mad that a dentist or anybody had came in to talk to me or anything that I just got up and left I watched two WHOLE games of the college basketball tournament an still no body came in to even tell me anything so I got up and walked out the door. I will tell everybody I know and anyone that asks me about a dentist or an urgent dental to not go here this place is a freaking joke.

My 2nd visit was as great as my first. I will definitely return. Professional, friendly, skilled, and very sympathetic to my condition(agoraphobia). Everyone in the office was extremely nice to me. This is not only what I wish more dentists were, but this is what all doctors should be. I cant say enough good things about them. If you have any complaints about your dentist, or youre looking for one, this is the place to go.

came in for a tooth that had been giving me problems it was a wisdom tooth and it was rotted and had been giving me tooth aches and headaches for about a week i have not been to the dentist in years and was scared but the doctor Dr. Sadrinia was amazing came in numbed it and was out in thirty minutes didnt feel a think most amazing dentist by far will be coming back for future dental needs and check ups thanks much.

I chipped my front tooth on a Wednesday night. I called into mall road dental center at 8 am the next day. Dr. Sadrina answered the phone himself and told me to come on in. I arrived around 9:30 and was out at 1030. Its now 11 am and Im having breakfast at first watch with a 100% normal front tooth. He took his time repairing my tooth and fixed it to exactly how I thought it should look.

The doctors were great and very flexible. Very low rates for people who dont have dental insurance. Had a molar surgically removed and only cost me $200. I also love that the doctors were able to write me a script over the phone to help with the pain until I could make it in. The only thing I would recommend is hire a new receptionist! She was young, rude, and very unprofessional!
