I have been going to Dr. Gittelman for quite some time now. I originally went to him after I saw his sign that stated, "We cater to cowards". I knew right then he was the dentist for me. I despise going to the dentist and get very nervous when I have an appointment, even for a cleaning. He has always been very professional and attentive. Once I had a problem with a tooth and was in alot of pain. Of course, It was a holiday weekend. I promptly received a return call from him. He took care of my problem immediately. His staff is very friendly and professional. I have NEVER had a problem with his pricing. He has always gone over the cost of treatment before anything is done. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

I have to say that Dr. Gittelman and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I enjoy seeing all of the sweet smiling faces! My whole family loves Dr. Gittelmans silly personality and he always makes me feel at ease! His shots are virtually painless! I also want to give a shout out to Dr. Gittelmans newer dental assistant....I didnt get her name but she is so very sweet! She said shes been at the office for almost a year. She just sat with me while waiting on the doctor and it felt like I was talking with an old friend that Ive known forever. She treated me like family and calmed my nerves. We also love Joan! I recommend this practice to anyone of all ages!

My husband and I have gone to Dr Gittelman for years and would not consider another dentist. I recently had extensive work done for a partial denture appliance.Dr G walked me through each step explaining exactly what would be done and explained the options I had. He was extremely patient and kind as was his staff. Jody and the other dental assistants are just great. I admit to being a nervous dental patient and Dr G could not have been more understanding. Best of all he does such excellent work and does not quit until he knows his patient is completely satisfied. I am so grateful to have found such a great dentist and staff.

The entire staff is friendly. I have been going to Dr. Gittleman since 2005, and even though I live 40 minutes away now, I still make the trek because its worth it. Dr. Gittleman is awesome. He always gives me his honest opinion and never tries to sell me on anything unnecessary. Joan is the best dental hygienist ever! I dont fear the dentist anymore and even getting cavities filled is not unpleasant. I have low pain tolerance and they do everything they can to make you comfortable. Cant recommend this practice enough!!

I like getting my dental work done by Dr. Gittelman. He and his staff are friendly and professional. I love the Civil War paintings on the walls (beautiful), and the choice of reading material. I also like that when I ask for extra floss in my goodie bag, my hygienist complies (I wont give her name, because I dont want her to get in trouble :) ). I also think its a great idea to have us customers fill out our own addresses on the postcards for our six-month-out appointments. They have a good system going there.

I am so thankful for Dr. Gittelman! My colleagues recommended his practice to me as I was looking for an office closer than my dental office of 20 years. Dr. G makes you feel relaxed in the chair and is straightforward in his opinions on what you options are at that time. He is also very skilled at what he does and also takes the time to be precise in his work. Thank you Dr. Gittelman and staff!!! We love having our teeth cleaned all the hygienists are fantastic at what they do and caring!

Since my past review I have had another awesome cleaning and x-ray experience :) ! This is the absolute best dentistry in the State of Georgia. The Staff is always friendly and they are always great about ensuring that your seen in a timely manner and helping you schedule appointments when your in need of having work done. Both Doctors here are amazing and make having a procedure pain free and fast. Your a fool if you want to go anywhere else other then here with their fair prices and just overall experience here.

Have had nothing but horrible experiences, from my credit card being charged the wrong amount(it was for a different patient) to getting a bill 6months later and being told I owe 150 dollars after paying over 580 upfront. Unprofessional staff, dr. Doesnt listen to you, and they have a poor poor billing staff. So unhappy, dont let the positive ratings fool you. I will be going elsewhere for my dental needs

I was hired here in December 2016 & fired in January 2017 due to me being 18 which Dr.Gittelman knew of when he hired me. He was told it didnt look good that he said someone so young helping run his front desk. The office is very unprofessional & so is the Dr. He is a wonderful dentist but as an employer he is below the bar. I am now left without a job due to his negligence. DONT APPLY HERE !!!!!!

Another great experience at Dr. Gittelmans! The front office workers were extremely helpful explaining my insurance coverage. My appointment was at 3:20, I arrived at 3:05 and was taken back at 3:10. When was the last time you were taken back early for a drs appointment??? They are efficient and the dental hygienist was excellent at her job...and was very informative!

I love my hygienist, Barbel!! My two girls are also patients of hers, and we totally trust her to take great care of our teeth. She is a fantastic hygienist, who is caring and knowledgeable about teeth. I love my visits and would not trust my family teeth to any other dental office or hygienist. The dental team of Robert Gittelman is the best for west Cobb!

Typical "slickster" stuff. Pads the bill without advising patient of costs. Wife had cleaning then charged extra for "special" and gave her mouthwash then charged $18.00 for it. Does not advise patients of additional costs up front. Agrees with Met Life to accept their paymnet in full but then bills the patient extra. We got stuck with more than a needle.
