Terrible experience today. I received a coupon in the mail to have evaluation, x-rays and cleaning for $99. On the day before the appointment, I called Simple Smiles to clarify what the coupon covered and shared with them that I did not want and will not do a deep cleaning. All I wanted was a regular cleaning. Well, after the xrays and exam Dr. Lee came in and said that she would not do the cleaning because I needed a deep cleaning. I asked her to go ahead and clean my teeth since I paid the $99. I explained to Dr. Lee that I dont have insurance and just simply wanted my teeth cleaned, but she refused stating that she had to refer me out to another dentist to do the deep cleaning. I asked again if she would go ahead and do a regular cleaning of my teeth and that it would not do any harm? Nope - Dr would not do a regular cleaning. Bottom line...I feel they send out the $99 coupon just to get new patients with no intention of doing the cleaning. I understand the upsell but I ask - WHAT HARM WOULD A REGULAR CLEANING DO? I can do the Deep cleaning later. Again I think they just want people to come in with the promotion - and not spend the resource/labor time to clean teeth and not get any additional business. I wont go back to Simple Smiles and feel that they owe me $99 credit. Thanks for NOTHING! I will go back to my regular dentist.

My ongoing experience at Simple Smiles Dentistry has proven to be consistently friendly and professional. It begins when I check in, and continues with all aspects of my visit. They keep me informed of the condition of my teeth and gums, and the give me instructions of any appropriate actions I need to take for maintenance and prevention. Also, they are up to date on the latest technology. My dental hygienist is a pro and Dr. Lee is focused on friendly customer service while maintaining a environment of high standards.
