Jasper Dental has been my dentists office for a couple years, and we love them! The entire staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. My young boys love going to get their teeth cleaned, and the hygiene staff make it fun and easy. My husband had not been to the dentist in 10 years, and had a terrible phobia about going, but was pleasantly surprised. After his initial exam and consult about the work that needed to be done, he went back over the period of a couple weeks to complete his cleanings and fillings. We were blown away that our final cost was over $200 cheaper than the original quote. Not once did they hesitate to let us know that they were doing less work than they thought originally needed, and they adjusted their prices accordingly, and worked to save us as much money as possible. Ive never been to a medical office of any kind that works to be as honest and tries to save you money like Jasper Dental Associates. For me personally, I have cultivated a wonderful relationship with the staff at this office. I have walked around my whole life HATING my smile, but there is always something that would take priority over getting cosmetic braces, especially with my two kids. There are Under Armour socks, football cleats and baseball gloves that always take precedence. I talked to Dr. Riley about wanting to have some Orthodontic work done, but explaining to her my finances. Unfortunately, even with great dental insurance, cosmetic braces are just not covered under our plan. She smiled, and told me not to worry, they would help me make it happen! I sat down with their office manager, Susan, and we came up with a payment plan that would work for me and my family. I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for Dr. Riley and her amazing practice. I am almost done with my braces, and I am so excited to be able to smile with confidence. It is a life changing event for me, and I couldnt have done this for myself any other way. The professionalism and upbeat attitude of the entire staff is refreshing, and I look forward to visiting my girls (and Taylor) when I go in for my appointments! I cant imagine getting better service, with better people or better dentists. Jasper Dental will always have my business and my familys business. Thank you for being so great!

Dr. Sylvia is an inconsiderate, incompassionate, poor excuse for a dentist. My father came in for a chipped tooth and she did a crown on a tooth with no tooth structure left. The crown had nothing to hold on to. He has sunk in thousands of dollars into this tooth that she lied about, saying it was restorable so she could get the money for it. When his crown fell off, he came in and she stated there was nothing she could do. The crown only lasted for 1 year. She never went over options with him of how to fix the problem- she didnt want to deal with him anymore so she referred him to an oral surgeon for a $6,000 implant. There are other options that she could have done for him, especially after paying all of this money for something that she knew would fail. We have tried calling and emailing the office, but no response. Im in the dentistry field, so I know how lazy dentists like her are. Her chairside manners are terrible- she is extremely rude. My father is a nervous patient and she doesnt want to deal with him so she pawned him off on an oral surgeon. Save yourself the problems and DO NOT go to this horrible office.

I had my first appointment with Jasper Dental Associates this week. I can not say enough good things about every employee! Everyone was professional yet very easy going and so easy to talk to. I have a dentist office phobia and they all put me to ease, from Sarah to Cassi and Dr. Riley all were extremely nice. The only thing was that Cassi made me feel so old! I remember when she was born and now she has young ones of her own. My insurance was explained in detail as far as benefits, deductible and what I was to pay, my appointments were scheduled to work with my schedule and I didnt feel rushed in making them. What a wonderful experience! My dentist office phobia has now been laid to rest!! A big THANK YOU!!!!

I came to you for help on Tuesday. My son had been in agony the night before, but by miracle we got the pain to subside.You charged me 100+ for an xray, that clearly shows the cause of my sons pain. You knew I did not have insurance yet you referred me to a specialist for a root canal which costs over 1,200. You did not give me anything for his pain and he now has to suffer for 6 days til he can go back to another dental professional for a second opinion. Hopefully this one has more compassion than you did. I may have been in tears the day of his appointment, but not anymore, now I am angry! I am going to tell this story to anyone who will listen. This kind of treatment isnt even worthy of a stray dog!

All I can say was this was the best and worst day in my dental life. I went into this appointment dreading what was going to happen. I was getting two crowns and a filling. I could not have been more apprehensive. The staff picked up on my anxiety right away. They went WAY over the top to calm my fears, ease my pain, and at one point even wipe my tear. They held my hand and talked me through all three hours in the chair. By the end of my experience not only did I feel proud of myself for getting through it lol, but I felt befriended, cared for, and like I was as important as any member of the staffs family. THANKS SO MUCH JASPER DENTAL ASSOCIATES. I WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

The staff was fun and compasionate. Dr Riley and her staff did a wonderfull job locating and repairing my tooth ache. thank you so much! I went in this week to have a rout canal procedure ( my first ever ) I was terrified. Jasper dental acc. Has been cleaning and filling my teeth for three years, but everyone told me how painfully it would be to have a route canal. But . Dr Riley came through. The procedure was not so bad at all. My tooth ache is gone and The staff had me in good spirits when I left and from my research there prices have extremely good for those of us to stubborn to buy insurance. I cant thank Jasper dental associates enough. All them are wonderfull

I have had excellent service and results at Jasper Dental Associates. I had been suffering with sharp pains for several years during my teeth cleaning visits due to a poorly designed bridge that I had received at another Dentist. Dr. Riley recognized the problem and built a new bridge that fit correctly. We waited until my insurance would allow the procedure. I had my first cleaning since getting the new bridge and had no pain!! Ive also had my teeth cleaned by all 3 hygienists and they are extremely experienced, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Jasper Dental Associates.

As a new patient to Jasper Dental Associates all of my experiences have been wonderful. I have never had to wait and all of the staff provides personalized one on one care. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and very experienced. All of the work that I needed done was explained to me very carefully and based in evidenced base medicine. I really appreciate that they do all of the billing with my insurance company so I do not have to do any paperwork. The cost to me was broken down in detail helping me to plan financially. I would recommend the practice to my family members and friends!!!
