Dr. Chang is the most patient and understanding optometrist I have worked with. I moved here from Florida 5 years ago and he was referred by a friend and I have never wanted to look anywhere else. My situation is rather complicated and he has always taken his time to answer every question honestly and usually with several alternatives. His staff is great to work with and I have always seen them treat every patient with great care as well. I was compelled to write this review because Dr. Changs deserve praises for the great care they take in ALL their patients, I have personally seen it for myself. It is a shame that individuals use this medium to unjustly voice out opinions that are just not true. I am an actual patient, and I will stand by this practice for all the great service they provide.

Excellent from beginning to end! Every part of my experience was par excellent! The facility is beautiful and immaculate, the staff were professional and courteous to everyone. The selection of frames and contacts (DING DING, YES !!) Dr. Justin Chang was thorough and informative, I was able to relax and enjoy this experience. Ive just found my Eyecare home. I urge you to go by and see the remarkable difference, Im sure youll join me as EyeTech Fans. When you receive excellent service, ALWAYS TELL A FRIEND!!!!

very disappointed. I had an eye exam this morning no one in the office called too let me know I couldnt be seen. I live 45 mins away so u can imagine the fustration I have. The lady at the front desk seemed too have an attitude with me because I wanted too know why I couldnt be seen. Which it wasnt there fault too why I couldnt be seen but I had the right too know. Very disappointed because Ive been coming here for years and they usually are better with things like this

Dr. Chang and his staff have are super friendly people that will take the time to answer your questions and needs. He even asked me about my daily routine to help explain my options for glasses a little more. I spend my day taking apart electronic and looking at computer screens so he suggested some other solutions to try out if just new glasses werent going to help out with a bit of my eye strain. Smiles and handshakes made this place very warm and welcoming.

They conducted procedure on me without telling me the cost, without telling me they are not in my insurance network. I called them several times, the doctor never answered my call, and his assistant always said he would call me back, but nothing happened. A bunch of liar, very unprofessional!

Dr. Justin Chang is a great doctor. His examination was the most comprehensive exam that I ever had. Not only was the exam very thorough, it was very informative. His office atmosphere was delightful with lots of classic style frames. I got two pairs!
