TLC Eye Care Jackson should be ashamed of their post-surgical care. No doctor or nurse followed up after eye lid surgery. We called 3/x and could leave a message at their 800 number, told them we had Post-surgical questions, and requested a return call.... We waited. Nothing. Not one person returned any of the 3 calls. Here is my advice: Use the professional Kellogg Eye Center in Ann Arbor. Worth the drive by far!

My family and I loved this eye care center while we lived in town. The staff were all courteous and friendly during each visit. An outstanding mention goes to the associate who had the patience and grace to assist my teenager in finding frames that he liked, as that is a difficult task! Would recommend for adults and children alike.

Nothing was setup correctly, the bedside manner was horrendous, the entire procedure was a nightmare. Afterwards we voiced are complaints and they could care less. Dr. Ernest was our doctor.
