My last cleaning was in April 2016. The actual cleaning was fine. However, while working on cleaning my teeth, the hygienist and technician were having a conversation with each other about internal scheduling issues and other general complaints about the operations within the office. I feel that it was unprofessional to discuss these things in front of a patient. Also, at my previous cleaning (Oct. 2015) I had to wait 30-45 minutes between the cleaning and when the doctor was able to come in and do his inspection. I understand that sometimes emergencies come up, but I wasnt expecting such a long delay considering I was one of the first appointments scheduled for the delay. Overall, my experience at Imagix has been fine, but not excellent. I dont know if I will go through the trouble of finding another dentist, but I have considered it. UPDATE: I got a phone call from Payal, who told me she is the new office manager at this location. She assured me that she will address these issues, and I appreciate her taking the initiative to call and resolve it.

***************Bunch of crooks are running this place!!*************** *********************** THE WORST EVER!************************** I went in for a regular cleaning. They said I needed a deep cleaning and gum disease. I asked them to check with my insurance company, if it is covered or not. THEY SAID it is 100% covered, but I got bills and calls from IMAGIX saying, sorry I must pay IMAGIX NOW. They are truly scam artists. They made me pay $500+ for something that they said and gave me printed paper saying its covered. I work very close to that place, after talking about this at work, few more colleague also told me the same story. So, It seems like they cheated many, I WISH THEY CLOSE DOWN PERMANENTLY,... (I do not have extra money to spend on lawyers, so I am going to report this on BBB as well.) ***************AVOID THIS PLACE***************

Dr. Carrie Logue did an absolutely FANTASTIC job on my very badly damaged teeth. I had a car accident in 2003, my mouth is a mess and my jaw line has issues that make my situation a very complicated case. This office was on my insurance so I started the very complicated work with Dr. Logue. I was initially concerned because shes so young, but she performed the numerous procedures with patience and the end result borders on PERFECTION! I would recommend her work to anyone. I have been through many many dental experiences over the years with far more experienced dentists, where the work was really inferior and youre expected to live with it. If you are having cosmetic dental work done, make sure you consult here. Highly recommend the work AND the experience! Judith Smith, Roswell GA

I went to Imagix after not having been to the dentist in years. I have a real phobia when it comes to dentists. As to be expected after such a long time, a lot actually had to be done. But with the staff there being so friendly and just simply great I made it through the treatments without any discomfort or pain. I can honestly recommend this place to everybody. I really felt like every person there cared about me and tried to make my visits a pleasant experience. The quality of the work they have done is outstanding as well. I can actually now go to the dentist without being too scared, which is a huge deal for me.

I really wish there was an option to give a company 0 out of 5 stars. I read the reviews of this place and I wish I had the experiences that some of these other individuals had. I really wish I had run into the staff that was “competent, efficient, friendly, and accommodating”. Instead I ran into the staff that was snarky, condescending, inept, and plain good ol’ fashioned rude. The conversation that the front desk staff was having was inappropriate and made me extremely uncomfortable. I should have read the reviews for this place before and simply stayed away, I would have been much happier.

I love Imagix dental! They have changed my life and given not only my smile back but my life back!! From the front desk staff Brianna and Kristina, to all the Technicians , hygienists Felicia and Rennia and dentists they all make you feel so comfortable and treat you with the utmost professionalism and respect . Dr. Mitchell has been an incredible dentist. Hes caring , compassionate, and very gentle. He puts you at ease and explains everything ahead of time. His professionalism is amazing and goes above and beyond to give his patients the best care. I HIGHLY recommend Imagix of Roswell.

Worst experience ever the only reason why i give ur office one star is because i have to in order to leave a review other wise i would take that star back. I will never recommend this dental office no regards or care to patients time this is the second time they have rescheduled me for a simple check up twice far apart the reason was that the cleaning hygienist had an emergency. Not accommodating not courteous very careless practice when it comes to new patients and scheduling bad customer service, such frustrating and aggravating experience.

I LOVE THIS OFFICE. From the moment you walk in the door, to the time you walk out you are taken care of. The staff are so friendly and nice. They walk you through everything so you know whats going on in your mouth and what you need to do to fix it. Theyll work with you and make sure you understand everything. So much better than the last dental office I visited. Youre in good hands here. Kudos!!!

I am very nervous at the dentist usually and I had been putting off going to the dentist but I finally came in and WOW. These guys are awesome. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff are very nice. And to top it off the doctor is very cute! There was a slight wait for my appointment, but once I was back everything went smoothly!!
