Sólo el pensar en tener una cita en el dentista me aterraba, no dormía y los dolores de barriga no cesaban del pánico. Al llegar a esta oficina dental, todos mis miedos han desaparecidos por completo, empesando por todas las bellas y amable chicas de la oficina hasta llegar donde la mejor doctora manos de cedas (Dr. Alfaro), delicada, paciente, chistosa y sobre todo muy profesional. Que les digo de la higienista Lily, es super dulce, dedicada y muy experta en su trabajo. Aunque no recuerde todos los nombres de las chicas, todas son excelentes. When Alfaro Dental Care popped up with tons of 5* ratings, I was skeptical at first. I stopped by to see if my insurance was applicable and Karem, who was super nice, at reception checked it all out and got me an appointment for the next day. The place had a good vibe just from the few minutes I was there. Many other reviewers have said it before, but it really is one of the friendliest businesses of any kind Ive been to. Lyli, my hygienist, was amazing, friendly and gentle. I never thought Id actually look forward to going back to the dentist. Dr. Szikman found some issues and got me back in that week. It included removing some old filling and preparing for a crown. Your mileage may vary, but the shot, the drilling and the aftermath was totally pain-free. He, and his assistant Josefina, really know what theyre doing in there. Finally, on the way out, the most awesome Sully had my paperwork ready, my follow up scheduled and took time to chat for a few minutes. Sadly, shes leaving soon and they will be hard-pressed to find someone as good to replace her. From start to finish, a great experience.

I just visited Alfaro Dental and was very pleased with my experience! I consider myself a brave soul, but I still have that bit of anxiety about visiting a new dentist. Todays visit was a breeze for several reasons: I was able to book an appointment quickly The electronic new patient form submission was super convenient! My hygenist Eric put me at ease with his engaging and friendly demeanor and provided some helpful brushing suggestions The office staff quickly checked me out efficiently without any hangups or hassles and even provided a referral complete with copies of my x-rays. The office policy is to charge you for broken appointments without a 24-hour notice, however, so be sure to keep that in mind when you schedule. This is something I do as a vocal coach, so I understand! The office is calm and cheerful - the nature pictures help - and overall I felt very at ease. Dr. Szikman was cordial and quick but took a moment to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Overall, it was a great first-time visit/experience. Thank you and Ill be back!

I am a new patient at Alfaro dental. My experience there was awesome!! The staff are pleasant and helpful. I love that Dr. Alfaro allows me to hold a mirror to view what she is doing while she explains, I also like that there is a video shown to me explaining the treatment I need and how it is performed. Suelly is super awesome she explained everything to me where I could understand and also made me laugh. I can tell she loves her job. Ms. Carmen was very helpful. she helped me with my insurance and took her time to help me find options that were best for me. I honestly feel that the staff enjoy their work place and are team players. I observed this while I was waiting on Ms. Carmen, Suelly prepared my paper work while Ms. Carmen was assisting another patient. By doing this suelly stayed on task, saved time, and gave Ms. Carmen a hand so that when I met with her she didnt have an extra step to complete. Awesome Place!!

I was very pleased with how quickly and easy it was to schedule my appointment as a new patient. On my first visit, I received prompt dental care, all of my questions and concerns were immediately addressed and taken care of the same day. I needed a lot of work done, and I was expecting to have everything completed in at least 2 or 3 visits, but they did it all in one day. Needless to say, I was a very happy patient. Everyone I interacted with in the office (Ejhlak, Lilly, and Dr. Szikman) were very professional and extremely friendly. It just goes to show that they understand how apprehensive most people are when visiting a dentist. Dr. Szikman and his staff made me feel comfortable, and I felt like I was being taken care of (and they did take care of me!). Ejhlak even followed up with a courtesy call the next morning to make sure I was fine.

I was afforded the opportunity of experiencing Alfaro Dental Care for the first time yesterday. I have to say, the service was unparalleled to any other dental care clinic I have ever visited in my 40yrs of life (and it was many). The moment I walked to the door I was greeted and welcomed as if I were family and not just a another patient. Then, the extremely helpful, beneficial and informative consultation with Carmen opened me up to feeling like this could potentially be home for me. Once I was assisted by Ejhlak and Dr. Szikman performed a very comfortable procedure, I was convinced. I have found a home and proud of it. Thanks to everyone at Alfaro Dental for providing a excellent service.

First time dentist visit in last 5 years and it was all good! Dr Szikman was friendly and thorough. The nurse doing x-ray treated me well. Hygienist Lili had soft hands in cleaning. Not much painful. Receptionist told me how much I owe, while making the appointment. Xray was recommended for first time patients which I had to pay copay. Oral exam and cleaning was covered by insurance. Carmen explained me the charges for the visit, estimates for recommended treatment and insurance coverage. Best thing was nobody offered to do any procedure that was not required, just to earn money from patient or the insurance company. High integrity!

Dr Szikman and hygienist Carmen are very professionals and take their time when they see me. I have switched so many dentists over the past few years before coming to Alfaro Dental, A lot of my prior dentists were into all the cosmetic bluff and replacing fillings when it did not appear to me that was always needed. I felt that Dr Szikman and Carmen really take their time in advising and doing what is necessary to keep my teeth in good shape. The office staff is also very courteous at all times, calls or text us to remind us of appointments, and are always very accomodating with the appointment scheduling.

My name is Tametriece McGee and I would just like to praise The Alfaro Dental Care Clinic for there wonderful customer service,there professionalism and for there compassion. I recently underwent a serious oral surgery and I was afraid and they definitely put my mind at ease. They were patient and kind, and I appreciate that so much. Ms. Carmen and Mister Eli were especially awesome and there service was exemplary. They made my experience a pleasure and I most certainly will return. I would strongly recommend the services of this particular dental office to anyone.
