The waiting room smells like cigarettes, and overall feels rather unsanitary. It took 90 minutes to see the Dr. and I was the only patient there. When I finally saw him, he wasnt nice and barely made eye contact and mumbled. I visibly struggled to understand him, and he made no effort to be clearer or louder. I saw him for 2 minutes. Thats correct. Waited 90 minutes, saw him for 2 minutes. They were supposed to send a referral to an oral surgeon. 5 days later, I called back only to be informed that the Dr. has the right to wait up to 2 weeks to send it. What do I do about the searing pain in my face, I ask? She said to double up on the Vicodin. I did, depleting the rest of the pain meds I had in one day, and it was unsuccessful. Day 6, I find out the oral surgeon has received the x-rays but no referral. But this place said that theyre the same thing, to the disagreement of the oral surgeon. So I am left to do this dance back and forth all while I have the most astounding pain Ive ever had in my jaw, head and face. What about the pain I ask? The Vicodin is gone because you told me to double up. Take Aleve, they said. They do not understand why Im upset. I have never wanted to jump through a phone more in my life. This place is a damned joke. Very unprofessional. If I could take away stars, I would. I will never return, and Id suggest you continue your search.

The waiting room smells like fried food. There are ceilling tiles missing and theres a overhead sound system playing in the waiting room that shorts in and out. Im not usually concerned about aesthetics, but this place just seemed unsanitary. The hygenist also works the front desk and actually hit me up for a job, saying she has to get the hell out of there. The dentist seemed somewhat competent, but spent a total of two minutes looking at my xray and teeth before saying I need to get my wisdom teeth out. I already knew that. I was there for a cleaning, but he said we shouldnt do anything until the teeth were out. Youre telling me you cant clean the rest of the teeth? Well, I already had decided to get out of there, so I got my oral surgeon referral and left. Now with a different dentist who tried to get my xray results from Mamari, who said he was too busy to send them. The new dentist had to do my xrays for me without charge. Moral of the story: dont go there. Its shady, dirty, and just a very unsatisfactory experience. I should have listened to Rick.

I scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend, first, they didnt bother to inform us of the new location. Once we found it. The dentist saw him for a total of two minutes, only to look at the xray and say "I cant help you until you see an oral surgeon and then you can come back and well talk about getting the other ones filled" His assistant then said "you can go to the pharmacy and pick up your pain meds and antibiotic prescriptions". Well, weve been to the pharmacy twice and even did a search to see if it was sent to the wrong location. But nothing. Now the office is closed and tomorrow, of course, its not even open. He dont even have the medication they were supposed to give him. His whole face is swelled and Hes in extreme pain. The only positive thing We can say is that the new location is a bit cleaner. But the service/care is still terrible if not worse. The dentist didnt even look at his teeth or anything! Dont waste your time here!

I read the earlier review and found it to be totally false to say the least. Such misleading statements must not be posted at all and I wanted to make that clear to everyone who might read the previous review so that they will not be mislead. I am one of the assistants and have been working here for almost a year now and have NOT had any of the wrong comments described in the earlier review. This is very professional office and there is mutual respect between the dentist and his staff. We follow universal infection control measures and just because supposedly an ex-employee is upset for no longer working here does NOT make it right to post lies in here review. The office is kept very clean and the other mistaken comments are pathetic. Also as the assistant it was her job to wipe things down and use correct protocols, instead of blaming somebody else for the lack of performing her job the correct way.

I worked here a year ago. I would advise all of you DO NOT USE THIS MAN AS YOUR DENTIST!! It is extremely disgusting and he doesnt treat his employees with respect at all. When he santizes the tools he uses the same packages over and over even though a new one is supposed to be used and sealed after every cleaning. He wouldnt let me santize the whole chair only the headrest and if a patient didnt have anything done you werent allowed to wipe it at all!! He had me clean the suction tubes out with the same bucket that was used for mopping...yes you heard that right. He has ants really bad because he leaves food sitting in the break room. He keeps patients waiting extra long for no reason and he over charges out of the wazoo! Take it from someone who worked there this is not where you want to go unless you like risking disease and wasting your time.

I almost dont have words for how bad this place is! Several appointments were scheduled before we actually got to see the dentist. They said they just got to busy with their "pain" patients. Everyone that sits in that lobby is wasted already. They are nodding off waiting to see the dentist. Not sure what goes on in that place. My children had their teeth cleaned and I would never take them back. The first time I went the doors were locked and everyone was in the back room. I had to call from my cell phone and say "hey the door is locked and I have an appointment. The dentist answered the phone and said well be out in a few minutes? This was 3:00 in the afternoon? This place is a joke and its nasty and dirty.

new office is cleaner but has very little regard for patients level of pain. when youre pulling a tooth and your patient is crying because they are in so much pain dont tell them its just pressure youre not in any pain.. b.s. I know the difference and pressure wont make me cry, raw pain does however.. and after I just read some of the statements I couldnt agree more and this particular one was from a year ago..so just because his office is cleaner DOESNT MEAN HIS LACK OF CARE for his patients has changed in the least bit

Dr. Mamari was great, he is very easy going and made me feel relaxed, especially the music that they play is very calming. He is also very informative, he will explain what you need to get done in the way that you will understand so that you know how nuch that work is going to cost, that way there will be no surprises. Also the office is very clean and he and his staff are very organized. I have been to him twice and I plan on going back, and I will refer him to anyone that I know that is looking for a new dentist.
