This is the closest place that took my insurance. So Despite the terrible review I went there anyways. Big mistake. If you are in the same situation, please trust the reviews and stay away from this place! The receptionists were joking around when I got there. After standing for a full 10 minutes, someone said hold on a minute... Then the paper work and all that made me late for my appointment time. I was there 10min early. So then I was told now I have to wait extra time because I was late. Too bad... The inside had a weird bad smell. Not something I would ever expect from a medical/dental office. Smells like old mop. The male dentist that checked on me had huge BO. I have never met a dentist or doctor that smelled and looked so unclean like he did. I asked for a very simple check up, only the procedures that are covered by my plan. After the regular stuff I expressed my concerns with one particular tooth. He did a sensitivity check. Asked me some very simple questions. WITHOUT CHECKING X-RAY, or anything else, he said I need a root canal... Then I pointed at a tooth that I know need filling. I simply said this one is also sensitive and have pain. WITHOUT CHECKING IT, he said we can do 2 root canals....lol. Ok! He then started with the treatment plan. Ok here is the funniest part. The lady assistant took a piece of used paper and started writing on the back. (How did I know? I saw someones hand writing on it and one spot said social security number). This was the most unprofessional thing I have personally experienced in a dental office yet! He started with the numbers and work needed done on them. In the middle of it he asked for a price sheet. ??? What does my teeth have anything to do with price sheet? Its not based on my insurance so Im sure he wasnt trying to pick a cheaper way to help me save money. The old Mexican lady who came to check my gum asked me if I floss. I said I did everyday. She gave me a look as if I was a child and said I was lying. Why would I lie to you, Mrs. NOTMYMOM. I am your customer. Please show some respect. She took a piece of floss and started showing me how to floss. She picked the problem tooth that apparently needed root canal. It hurt so much and started bleeding too. She said if I floss correctly it wouldnt have hurt or bleed. All that just to prove a point? Fine. Then they just left me there. With blood in my mouth, no water to rinse, and a piece of dirty floss. The financial person who brought me the treatment cost was even more ridiculous. I dont think she was expecting me to read it. It showed THREE root canals and a ton of fillings, a deep cleaning that my insurance doesnt cover at all, and many additional little things I have never even heard of. I told her I will let her know the next day. She immediately offered application for the care credit. Note: I had my teeth cleaned 6 months before this visit. I dont smoke or drink coffee or wine. I had my teeth checked at another place a week later and a filling with medicine took care of the bad tooth. I did not need any root canals.

Horrible experience !! I went there for crown and deep cleaning. I asked for throw free whitening they say yes, I had talk to the financial advisor about payment she say no problem then had crown done... came back for deep cleaning and seem just simple not feel like deep cleaning as it felt like basic cleaning?? They told me to come back in few weeks to pick up the whitening package, make appt for that .. Then went my appt schedule , showed up there, they took me to the different financial person office and out of blue the lady gave me horrible attitude that I have to pay 169 dollars first before I can get the whitening package, I told her that nobody told me that and its wasting my time to show up for my appt for what?? I told her that I already paid the payment of 200 dollars two weeks back. they she continue gave ugly attitude , then I asked for office manager , she went talk to her and came back says the Dentist says its okay... so they took me into exam room , I told the assistant that the crown were bothering me as its was bit longer than other side so she went filing down to make it bit shorter then going to show me how to whiten, sudden the attitude lady showed up the exam room with office manager behind says sorry we cant give you whitening package till you pay 169 dollars , I say well nobody told me about it the she says oh yes we told you, I say no you did not other lady who work with me was on vacation she NEVER mentioned about it, told her If she did I would have prepared the payment !!!! told them they wasted my time for the appt cuz I skip work for that .. they still both give me bad attitude , so I got up and left.. told them I would talk to Samantha (who were on vacation that time) the first advisor that worked with me about payment arraignment .. they say ok.. so I called and left msg for one week heard nothing back till 2nd week called left msg and she called back and told her what happen and you know what she says I am not in that position anymore its the office manager now, I told her you guys are playing games with me, and told her you should have not wipe off your shoulder and back out !!! POOOOOOOOORRRRR SERVICES !! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.... ALL OF YOU should not go there either.. cuz they keep changed plans and different stories to tell me.. I am very upset with their damn poor service !! This place is receiving one star simply because I can give it nothing lower. I am not a griper, in fact this is my very first review. My husband went to this dentist on Friday. They have suggested work totaling a shocking amount. He had a filling that day and made an appointment for next Friday to begin on the rest of the process. His mouth hurt so badly over the weekend he called and scheduled for today to fix the filling. They worked on him for hours and placed two temporary crowns. First bite of soft food and one crown popped out. We called the after hours emergency line and the woman informed us that no dentist by that name worked at the Kennesaw office. Thats odd since I was holding their card with the womans name printed on it. We have been trying desperately to reach someone to help him. So far no luck. As soon as we can get him in to have this mess patched up we will be taking our business elsewhere. The office staff is terrible. The dental care is laughable. If you go to this place expect the worst. After speaking with my husband about the absolutely appalling care he received here (including a worker accidentally cracking a tooth), I am ashamed he even bothered to go back. Seriously, run far and fast from these quacks.
