I had a horrible experience here and feel like I need to tell others. I found them via my insurance company. While I was there for my first visit the "normal" office person was out and they were not sure about my insurance. So I called my insurance company from the doctors office and on speaker phone he heard them say that they were a participating doctor. In fact, they even gave him the provider number. So, of course I continue visits which we all know is every other day until a week later when their office person returns and says we dont accept your insurance and you owe for all of this. Now why would I even have gone here if I had not checked this out? The office person would not assist me at all and said I had to pay the whole amount. The office took no responsibility at all!!! I continued to try to get this worked out but no help from them at all. Long story short...they apparently sent me to collections and added $100 more to the amount. The collection company didnt properly notify me and it hit my credit report. So much for being a place of wellness!!! Thanks for adding pain to my life! (Sadly, I liked the doctor that I saw. He seemed like someone I would have liked working with)

It is impossible to put into words how much Dr. Fanning has assisted me with my health issues over the years that I have been a patient. He has helped me with shoulder pain, neck problems incurred by a car accident, and lower back pain. Each time that I have seen Dr. Fanning he has listened to me, taken time to thoroughly diagnose my problem, and treated me. I have been to several chiropractors and I must say that Dr. Fanning is the only chiropractor that has truly helped me solve issues to the point where I no longer experience pain. He really does an awesome job of listening to and addressing the concerns and questions of his patients. Not only is Dr Fanning incredible but his staff is made up of wonderful caring people. They have definitely created a family atmosphere in the office. I have always had the best experience. From day one I really felt like they cared and listened to all my concerns and questions. Making the decision to go to Johns Creek Chiropractic has been the best decision I have made for my health and I would recommend Dr. Fanning to anyone looking for a chiropractor.

I was seeking chiropractic care late this summer after a coast-to-coast move and several high-stress months leading to it. I suffered from back pain and stress symptoms, which prevented me from functioning properly and exercising the way I used to. After Dr Fannings initial exams, we learned that the functionality of my central nervous system was highly compromised, causing all the symptoms I experienced. We agreed on a chiropractic program, which I supplemented with Pilates. Why didnt I start with this program earlier? Although Pilates was very humbling for me at first, it now after 2 months strengthened my core and my muscles. Susan really focuses on my needs and adjusted my exercise schedule accordingly. I am learning from her and my team mates. With what I learned during class, I can even do simple exercises daily at home to support the effort. Thanks to Dr Fanning and his team at Johns Creek Chiropractic and Wellness Center, I feel I am ALIVE AGAIN! I cannot thank them enough! Christina

Ive always been open to chiropractic care, but I know many people are hesitant. So I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Miller. I had been ignoring and dealing with lower back pain and discomfort for many years until one afternoon on a jog everything locked up and I collapsed on the sidewalk in pain. After days of realizing I couldnt fix it myself, I contacted this office and met Dr Miller. Through xrays and some pretty neat technology, he explained what had happened and provided multiple care options. I felt comfortable with the consultation and there was never any pressure. After the first adjustment, I could get out of bed without almost falling to the floor. After only a couple weeks, essentially years of discomfort had retreated. Being able to walk-or limp, in and just a few minutes later walk out without pain is an amazing experience.

I have been in need of chiropractic care for most of my adult life and have had many different chiropractors work on me over the years. I am a big guy, 62" 280lbs and Dr. Joe is one of the very few chiropractors who can effectively adjust me. I always leave feeling significantly better and he takes far more time to really understand what is going on with me than most other chiropractors. I have had some that just put you on the table snap you around and ask for $100. There have been times where Dr. Joe has spent 5-10 minutes working on pressure points to release the muscle so the bones would properly adjust. I recommend him to anyone - especially anyone who has not had a good experience with a chiropractor in the past. He will give you the care you need and deserve.

We originally came to JC Chiro. due my 10 year old having constant neck pain. My son has been seeing Dr. Fanning twice a week for about a month now. His neck pain is long gone, and Im thrilled to report that we havent had to touch an inhaler for the last 2 weeks! My son suffered from asthma and allergies (to pretty much everything that grows in Ga.) and even with the high pollen counts this week, we havent seen or heard so much as a sniffle! Hes officially off all medications. Im so grateful to Dr. Fanning and his staff...everyone has been so helpful. I had no idea that chiropractic care could help with allergies and asthma, but I am definitely a believer. My son can go outside and play again, which he hasnt been able to do without medication in years!

Several weeks back I decided that I needed to get help for an ailing back. I had back surgery several years ago and I guess the scar tissue finally made itself known! I decided to try getting help from a chiropractor as I really did not want another invasive procedure. Never having been to a chiropractor, I was not certain what to expect. But I knew I needed to do something. Dr.Holmes has been a great help for me. I have gotten almost total relief for my back issues at this point. My last fifteen days have been pain free. I have more flexibility and strength than I had 8 or so weeks ago. In my view she is pleasant, concerned, energetic and knows her stuff. I should thank her for what she is doing for me more often!

Dr. Holmes is the aboslute best! I am a 32 year old woman who came into the office with numbness in half my body and my vision gone in my left eye. I had seen neurologists, had MRIs, and a lumbar puncture with no answers. After seeing Dr. Holmes for 2 weeks, the numbness was gone and my vision restored! I maintained the wellness plan and came for 60 visits. Now I am down to 2 times a month and am feeling great! Dr. Holmes is professional and very personable! The entire office staff is WONDERFUL! I have not had a bad experience and could not be more pleased.They were there for me in about the scariest time of my life and I am forever grateful!
