On July the 8th of 2014 I went by the Great Expressions Dental office located at 4500 Hugh Howell Road Tucker Georgia 30084. I had a dental crown fallout and I needed to get it fixed. After the Doctor examined my tooth, he told me that the reason why the crown fell out was because of leakage. That the crown wasnt sealed properly. I was also advised that the old crown was no longer any good and that I would need to purchase a new crown for over $1,600. When I informed the doctor that he was the one that installed the original crown and that I thought that I should get some type of discount since he didnt install it properly, I was told by the office to wait in the examination chair and that she would come back to discuss it with me. Well after waiting for almost 2 hours to get this resolved, the office manager finally came to talk to me around 5 oclock. She then told me that they were leaving work for the day and that they would not be able to even install a temporary crown to protect the damaged tooth that day. She also said that they would also not be able to do it the following day because the doctor was going out of town on vacation for a week. Then she told me not to call them, that they would call me on Monday. That phone call never happened. So I went to another dentist and brought the original crown with me. At the other dentist, I was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the old crown and that Great Expressions was just trying to screw me out of money. When I called Great Expressions asking for the x-ray that they took of the tooth during the examination, trying to save myself $25 and avoid another unnecessary x-ray, Tara with Great Expressions told me that they would email the x-ray photo if I paid them $25. They kept trying to steal from me to the very end. These people are nothing but CROOKS!!!!

I came to this office last Friday after taking appointment on phone and they said the doctor is not here. The girl at reception rescheduled my appointment for Monday and said they have wrong telephone and email address. So I provided my information again.Today I came here again as per my rescheduled appointment and they start checking everything, took X-ray, and the doctor came and told me about my teeth. Finally they said to wait for few minutes while they check my insurance. I am still at patient coach for more than an hour, and God knows when they are coming back.

There are two other offices closer to where I live. I love the Tucker office. The staff are the best! Dr. Ambaye is wonderful and very patient. Customer service and excellent care are the driving force behind my decision. First time Ive felt comfortable in a dentist office in a long time.

This company is so ridiculously bad. Misinformation from one department to the next, and no one has the common sense to figure out where the disconnect is. If youre lucky the dentists have more intelligence than the people who work in their support center or youre gonna be SOL.

Very good experience. The office was very clean, the hygienist did a great job of explaining my x-rays, they use all of the latest technology including digital x-rays. I would definitely go back. Just wish that I had better insurance.

I personally think that this dentist was okay. BUT, they need to chill out with the men dentist because some of them dont know how to be gentle. THANKS, 14 year old.

I went in because I had a broken tooth. The office only took x-Rays and referred me to another office. The dentist never touched me or looked in my mouth.

The ladies were wonderful. Very professional and friendly. I was very satisfied with the cleaning, x-rays, and recommendations to keep my teeth healthy
