The Cleaning Authority
When I started taking my three children and myself to the Stockbridge location it was still under the name " Nanston" it was fine. I honestly had no issues BUT as soon as Great Expressions took over and the staff started changing, everything else changed as well... With my appointments, I would go and get there to sign in and would be told it has been moved to another day. Or I would have to call confirm my own appointment and was told I would need to reschedule. For a year or so I tried dealing with this matter, even speaking to one of the office managers about a year ago, I was told he would look into this and call me back. Of coarse I never heard from him again!! Now hes not even there, go figure!! My son got his braces off about a year ago or pretty close to it and after being just about rude to get him in for an appointment, my concern was that his teeth were already separating. I was told that his teeth were fine and not to worry. Well his teeth are NOT fine, they look terrible, his front teeth have separated/spaced out just like they were before his braces. I have tried for almost two months for an appointment and this has failed either the answering service answers stating they have closed for the day - which has been well before there closing time- or they are not in the office to take my call. Yet I only received calls from someone at either there call center or corporate taking down information but yet again, no one ever called back! Last week ( middle of July) I was finally able to speak to the office manager, Latara and she claims she has never heard from me or see any notes from her staff or from corporate. I dont want o call her a complete liar but I can guarantee that her staff was never held accountable and I know for a fact that NOT one call was made by her to her corporate office to find out about my calls!!! While speaking to this office manager, Latara, I do not think she is very professional. She was more worried about telling me how she hasnt received anything from me instead of the problem itself with her staff and the call center!! Large problems start at the bottom and work themselves to the top and if you would correct smaller problems from the beginning then you would not have half your staff or call center staff in place today!! I was told by your manager that I could make an appointment or go to another location. I ask her when my son could get seen and I refused the day she suggested, she gave me another day closer but stated again how I could take my son to another location!!! I feel as though his braces are paid for and have been taken off, this office wants nothing to do with my business. You have my money and thats that!! there are too many people at this location that have no business sense, can not make decisions and are not professional!! I am and have paid my money for services, that your office is still responsible for and I get rudeness, attitude and treated as a no body!! Is my skin not the right color, is my money not the right color or do I have just let this go by because as a customer I am a problem?? I have made an appointment at another location and will be driving an hour out of my way but I am praying this location is not the same. I also am filing a complaint against the Stockbridge office on a few issues... Lets start with taking my money and not wanting to finish the work (as guaranteed ) discrimination and I could throw in a few more if I felt the need!!!! DO NOT EXPECT A GOOD VISIT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I didnt want to have to do this because the Dentist and assistant were actually pleasant, but billing and customer service at this office is not stellar, just be forewarned. Youll have a large bill dropped on you and most of the things billed are probably things they would like you to have done, not what you need. Was receiving a bill of $1760 from them for 6 months, then received a bill for $1148 in February out of the blue. Of course, I went ahead and paid the lower amount. Then I received the bill for my next treatment with seemingly the same materials, etc. but different pricing. When I asked the "coordinator" in person, she didnt know. So, I sent the bills via e-mail on Thursday. Its now Monday. Was also asked to pay a balance of $600 when I arrived at the appointment, and my account actually had a $3 credit when I left 3 weeks ago. So, it really makes you question the billing going on. And after I didnt want to start the next treatment without an explanation as to why I received a dramatically reduced bill and why the same materials were priced much higher on the next treatment, the "coordinator" just turned around and exited the room and advised the assistant I wasnt starting today. I thought their job was to present you with options, but at this "dental mill" you have none apparently. After my own horrible personal experience, reviews of the same nature online and personal friends opinions of Great Expressions, I will not use this location or any others in the future.

Just an awesome dental practice! You are not there for very long before you are called back, which is great! The girls at the front desk are so friendly and professional. Then Ayana my dental assistant who took x-rays and just had a sweet disposition. She was a sweet young professional young lady. Then Tangi the financial coordinator was so nice and easy to converse with, also friendly but professional at the same time. Ayana & Tangi are really good at their jobs. Dr. Adcock was Awesome! He really made my day because I had been worrying for months how I would be able to afford all the dental work that I knew I needed. But he was great and said he could make me a Flexible partial for my upper teeth, because some were still good and others needed pulling! I was so happy That I am able to afford what needs to be done that I was actually walking on air when I left their office. Not really , but I felt like it. I am thrilled and I had a great experience and would recommend this crew to any and everyone! I have already called my grandson telling him all about it and he said" grandma I know how you have been worrying, so I am extremely happy for you!". This is the best dental pkace ever!! Wonderful... enjoyed my visit even though I was there for help! Everyone at the Eagles Landing location is always happy, upbeat and professional... even with some real butthead customers I have seen. One side has kids dental needs covered, the other waiting room and side is where all of the adults dental needs are taken care of. You can get general dentistry, crowns, bridges, root canals, oral surgery and many other procedures done right there... no going to another place to get it done and then back to here. All the different specialists are right here. I have always enjoyed the staff, and the doctors are superb. Youre not there for a luncheon, you are there because you need some help! They take care of you. It is very nice to see familiar faces each time I go. There are allot of staff and doctors that have been there long term. I dont feel good in a place where the faces are constantly changing every couple of months. High turnover makes me think something is wrong at any business I frequent. I have never encountered anyone with a less than friendly attitude and greeting. I listen to the way doctors and staff interact with other patients as well as each other. I never feel any tension or office drama. I keep coming back because I like it here.
