Potential Patrons, please stay away from this dental office. To say my experience was less than stellar would be putting it mildly. Kenyada (OM) scheduled me an exam and cleaning that she assured would only take 1 hour and 1/2,. I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes, other patients that arrived after were seen before me. I did research and advised I only wanted to be seen by Dr. Cooper and there was a completely different dentist I had no research on that saw me. Although she was professional. They drug out taking a thousand xrays and the exam. There was no time for them to do my cleaning and I was told Kenyada should have scheduled me for 2 1/2 hrs for a comprehensive exam and cleaning. They did everything but what I requested the appointment to be for...A CLEANING! The whole bate and switch at this dental office. To add insult to injury, Kenyada (who has the worst customer service ever) called and asked how she could make this right. I advised, I have 0 vacation left, therefore I would need to be seen after hours. She assured me that I would get calls back to remedy the HORRIFIC customer service and the theft of insurance I experienced. That was 10/13/15...SMDH. I was prepared to walk away from this office and advise everyone not to do business with them. She called ME back and tried to rectify this and never did! To add insult to injury, I wrote Dr. Eric Cooper a letter (something I never do) and he never called or cared enough to respond about the service I received in his practice. They will LIE LIE LIE and assure they have such good service. Dont let the little cheap Tshirt and letter from the dentist fool you. So there you have it, a patient that used this office for the first time and experienced the worst customer service and lies ever. Stay away! Response to owner: you just sent an email and text for a reminder of an appointment. Really?! Another poor example of terrible customer service. I have asked before to be removed from your mailing list. I have found a wonderful practice who cares about the overall customer experience. Please leave me alone, Im over this! Im reporting this harassment.

The Liburn location sucks if youre using assistance insurance . STAY AWAY! My three reasons : 1. Im 7mths pregnant, during the X-ray, one protective shield was provided instead of 2 to ensure the safety of my baby. Someone had to tell the assistant to add the other shield before moving forward. 2. Calling back to schedule an appointment, the receptionist had the worst attitude ever! I understand the Holidays are near but the office doesnt close until Christmas Eve. She definitely made it seem like I could not be seen at all because of bookings. And I had to constantly ask when was the next available appointment. 3. During my cleaning, the hygienist stopped in the middle of our session so someone could go over payment. With a totally numbed mouth and goggles on, I managed to ask why wasnt this taken care of before my cleaning began? The assistant was completely clueless and proceed with the charges I had that werent covered. I was extremely uncomfortable and didnt feel welcomed at all nor was I given a tour like other first time guest. Leaving my appointment, I wasnt scheduled nor asked if I was interested in scheduling my follow up. I paid, was handed a receipt and I left. I didnt bother to ask about scheduling due to treatment I received during both of my visits. What insurance you have shouldnt matter if you were told its accpected. Hospitality shouldnt waiver between blue cross blue shield and Medicaid

IFirst time to this dentist office, and last time, I went for x-rays and cleaning, and was basically thrown back out with just x-rays no cleaning unless you had to pay $390. The played a good one, they’ll show you around the clinic, who really interested in seeing the clinic? Put me into a chair and I waited 20 minutes before Ophelia (dental asst.) came. It was just terrible how they did me and I can imagine how many others they done like that, expecting to come and get their teeth clean thinking your dental insurance got you covered for at least x-rays and cleaning. You have better have premium dental insurance, because they are not going to clean your teeth. They gave me some lame excuse that I needed deep cleaning and that was $390.00 out of my pocket to clean my teeth or else they wont do any cleaning at all. That was so tacky to do a customer like that. After they have been all in my mouth doing x-rays and now they won’t clean my teeth, because I have to pay $390 for deep cleaning, not even offer to rinse my mouth. I even asked what about just a regular cleaning? Nope. Basically they wanted some money. I advise no one not to go Bella Cosmetic Dental, until there able to do cleaning for someone who already has dental insurance that covers deep cleaning and not have to pay extra. .

Okay I am guilty of reading reviews on what and why I would attend a public place. I was a little hesitate because it was located in Lilburn, (no offense) but this is clearly my review, aka my opinion, but as soon as I stepped inside the door I felt at peace. I really do enjoy the professionalism. I appreciate the fact that my dentist, Ms. H, got straight to the point, explained what needed to be done and the exam was completed. I am not a person who enjoys sitting inside an exam room for many moments. I did not have to wait long, nor did I have to wait over an hour. There was a wait time, but hey I went there right before school starts, and this is the most busiest time at any doc office. I just want to thank Ms. Eman(abc) of her braveness to continue to work even though she had the hiccups. She had the Southern hospitality, as well as did feel me in of what the dentist was actually going to explain to me. She is a well deserved dental provider and I really do actually appreciate here. I am thinking of changing my daughters dental provider of three years to Bella. Bella in some of the Latin culture means, beautiful. And, that is what this staff provided to me, both beautiful teeth and an encounter. Thank you

This is the worst and most unprofessional dentist office Ive ever experienced. My wife had an extraction and bridge procedure done and nothing went right. The temporary they had originally put in while she waited on the correct mold to come back was continuously falling out. She had to go back numerous times for them to fix it. She couldnt even eat without experiencing pain. When she finally got the permanent mold it wasnt right and she had to go back even more times for them to correct it. Honestly, its still not correct months later. On top of everything else that went wrong, we were quoted a price that we paid with help from our insurance. About a month after the procedure was done, we get an additional bill for $400. Bella dental is now arguing that the original price "was an estimate." This company has already had issues with insurance theft and unfortunately we are another victim of that. They tried to take out two separate claims also. I highly recommend that you never waste your time and money on this place. The customer service is horrible, the work they do there is horrible, and just the overall professionalism of Bella dental is subpar!!
