I cannot say enough great things about AMC. We started going there three years ago when we got our first dog. We were referred by a friend of mine,They took such good care of us and helped guide us as new puppy parents. Our first dog, Stevie, had quite a few tummy issues when she was a puppy and Dr. Soloman and all of the techs and other vets at AMC worked tirelessly with us to find a good diet for her, seeing us once a week if that was what needed. When it was time for Stevie to be spayed, her surgery went as smoothly as it could. Dr. Soloman returned every one of my 5 nervous puppy mom calls to keep me updated on Stevies status. We recently acquired a very energetic Australian Shepherd puppy named Abby. Abby was just spayed last week and was running around pain free the next day, Dr. Ogishi did Abbys spay and there were no major complications. I refer anyone looking for a Vet to them and everyone has always been thoroughly pleased with them. Over our time with AMC we have seen all four vets, and I think all of the techs. I feel comfortable going to any of the vets, they are all fantastic. Molly is our dogs favorite tech, and everyone there is so positive. Not sure how many other dog owners can say this, but our dogs freaking love going to the vet. They know where they are as we get a few blocks away and drag us from the parking lot up the stairs, and try to pull past the lobby to say hi to everyone. We love AMC!

Ive been taking my cats to AMCC since the 1990s and I feel like they are family! When my previous group of cats developed cancer, they were treated with the utmost care, compassion, and consideration for their personal needs. When it came time, the doctors and techs helped us through the euthanasia process which, oddly enough, was a beautiful, peaceful experience in their hands. We all cried, including the vet and the vet tech, which shows the genuine love they have for their clients. I now have another group of cats who are regulars at AMCC. Heres an example of why I love AMCC: One of my elderly cats has bad teeth and needs dental surgery just about every year. She also has had a bad reaction to the standard anesthesia in the past. Dr. Solomon was able to find an alternative protocol for her anesthesia that allows my cat to endure the surgery with ease. In addition, Dr. Solomon allows me to stay with my cat right up until the moment of surgery and to sit with her while shes coming out of her anesthesia. I wont say its a stress-free experience for my cat but it is the most stress-free that it can possibly be. Ive seen all the vets in the practice and can recommend them all. The techs and the front desk staff are also great. I know there are clinics who charge less money but I get expert care at AMCC and I trust them. So its worth every penny to me.

We, my girls and I have been with AMC for maybe over 10 years now. We know everyone. Without reservation I can, and have, totally recommend you, our vet, for any type of care. Because of our long history I can speak well of the total care of my loves but also the care with me. Weve experienced euphoric moments and moments that just grab your heart. The vets and the vet techs understand this emotional roller coaster so well and truly care about all of us. We know each other on a level of care (2 meanings here) and that is most important. I totally trust the 4 vets at AMC and I can not say enough about the practice. One of my dears had to make a final journey today (very difficult for me) and while my vet and her assistants were so kind, I felt a bit of frustration with the front desk. We needed seclusion in a room immediately and that wasnt possible... Yes, I was emotional but wanted my girl to be comfortable. DO consider AMC as your vet practice. My girls and I give them many many paws up!

I have been taking my dog Reiley to the Animal Medical Center of Chicago for about 7 years now, and they do a fantastic job! The staff is wonderful, they are so warm and friendly and they genuinely all seem to love the animals that they work with. I have seen several of the Vets, but Dr. England is my regular vet and I just cant say enough about how great he is! My Reiley has lots of "issues", the most challenging being diabetes, and Dr. England is always able to find the best solution to keep Reiley happy and healthy! I dont even live in the city anymore, but I am more than happy to make the 45 minute drive in, just to continue taking Reiley to Dr. England and AMC! I highly recommend this practice. They are so good at what they do and they are thorough, responsive and extremely professional. I feel like the staff there are friends and I trust them entirely with the care of my little baby!

Dr Solomon and her staff take excellent care of their patients. Dr Solomon has worked closely with me to improve the healthy and quality of life of my sixteen year old Siamese cat, Morgan. This is something that requires dedication, concern, listening and cooperation on her part and she always meets our needs in managing Morgans health. I also appreciate Dr Solomons follow up phone calls to check on Morgan and how any treatments we are doing at home are going. She is able to make any adjustments in therapies over the phone. There is parking in back of the building and also in front on the street. She has always been on time with us. Im very grateful to have found Dr Solomons and her practice to take care of our pets. I would highly recommend this team of caregivers.

I dont remember who first told us about Animal Medical Ctr. but we have been taking our dogs there for years and I simply cant say enough good things about them. Our first weimaraner had some odd bleeding and I took him in on a Friday afternoon for a check-up. Dr. Solomon very quickly diagnosed him with an auto-immune disease - acute thrombocytopenia. She valiantly fought all weekend to save him - insisting that he have one more blood transfusion when the emergency vets had given up. She saved his life and because of this AMC will always be my vet of choice. All the vets and staff there are knowledgeable, understanding and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Solomon and her staff.

I cant say enough great things about this practice. Animal Medical Center has been our primary vet for the past 6+ years, and they constantly exceed my expectations. On many occasions, we have required additional care due to our Boston Terriers strange medical conditions (e.g. needed to have her tail surgically removed, required an MRI to identify a deep inner ear infection, etc) and every time Dr Solomon and her staff guided us correctly and constantly followed up for weeks afterwards to ensure that our dog was healing properly and on the path to a full recovery. I highly recommend Animal Medical Center to be your primary vet practice.

Five stars without a doubt for the Animal Medical Center of Chicago and the fine staff there. My 11-year old Lab, Max, has received professional, caring treatment since his puppy check-in in 2004. All the vets are great; Max has been treated primarily by Dr. Solomon whom we love but all the vets know him and are very great when Dr. Solomon is not available. From reception to all the technicians and other professionals, this staff understands customer service! Scheduling is overall very good; waits most often not long. They also have a good referral system for surgeries outside their realm of expertise. Thanks from Max and me.
