My male cat became blocked and I took him here for treatment for the first time. Although they could not treat the issue directly here the veterinarians there were EXCELLENT. They kept in close contact with me on the phone and answered all of my questions during some of the most stressful times while my cat was at the ER. I took him back here to follow up and I felt they knew everything about my situation and were able to continue his treatment. Thus far, they had not even charged me for any of this. Assuming my cat continues to recover, I will absolutely take him back here for further check-ups. Vets this passionate are rare in my experience.

AVOID going here. They are all about money. Wouldnt clip my dogs nails (we were a client) because she had not had a recent exam (although she had a complete physical exam less than a year ago and was up to date on all shots: Rabies, Lyme, Distemper, etc..). Petsmart will take my dogs, but VCA Noyes wouldnt unless I had exams every 6 mos. for all my dogs.

Brought my Yellow Naped Amazon in today for exam and wing clipping. I was very impressed how this place is run. Everyone is so polite. I met with Dr Zimmerman and he was great with my bird. Great experience, I will definitely be back for any of my bird concerns.
