THE WORST !! Called to make an appointment first thing this morning. Gave all required information and then was told that they would have to call me back. Waited for 2 1/2 hours call was never returned. Called back and was put on hold for 10 minutes. When I tried once again to make an appointment for my daughter which was a follow up to a visit at an immediate care center I was told " We dont take that insurance, sorry cant help you." What?? Thats it? VERY cold, dismissive, rude, and uncaring. Certainly NO PLACE to bring your child.

Weve been going to Dr. Malloy my sons entire life with no incident. We called for an appointment and were told they would not see him because we are self pay. We are a part of an irs government approved share plan. The office/business manager was dismissive and rude -well, we cant help you, bye Terrible! Dr. Malloy has always been a sweet, caring doctor but his business/office practices are sadly terrible.

Dr. Malloy is wonderful! I have seen him since the day both my kids were born. Never any problems with him. He is very good with the kids, very gentle, and good at calming their fears of going to the doctor. Very good to parents. Explains everything and tries to get to know us to not just the kids. So happy he is part of this team.
