We have used Greentree since we got our havanese puppy in 2004 (and brought him there for puppy training) and have always been very pleased with the excellent care and service that our dog received there. Unfortunately, our beloved dog had to be put to sleep in February at 12 1/2 years old due to health issues. I am writing this review not only for the great care that our dog received during his lifetime bit also for the amazing compassion that all the staff extended to us on that difficult day. Dr. Ianakov and the rest of the staff could not have been nicer - they really cared for us and our dog. Its all the little things that mean so much. We will always be grateful to them.

In reference to the earlier review, there is absolutely NO loss of passion with anyone at this remarkable place. Everyone, from the vet techs to the doctors to the front office staff is caring, concerned, kind, and amazing. We switched from another local vet in the middle of a complicated medical situation with our 11 month old puppy, and they provided care which could not be rivaled. Their fees are very reasonable, they explain everything they feel needs to be done, and they follow up with phone calls and invitations to call whenever needed. I am confident that they saved our dogs life.

Exceptional care. My rescued Labrador mix had a strange condition that we couldnt identify...they sent samples everywhere until we could figure it out. We tried various treatments and finally found a combo that worked. Dr Hardy follows up as scheduled, and is very personable & knowledgeable. I love that they also donate services to help shelter animals to get needed services at reduced or free rates. Their new location is very nice.

After a frustrating experience at a different vet clinic, my wife and I brought our cat to GreenTree. Were SO glad we did! The clinic is bright and clean, the staff were all wonderful, prices were very reasonable, and we couldnt be happier with the care that our little guy received. Drs. Estrick and Brown were courteous, professional, and seem to genuinely care for their patients. Highly recommended!!

We recently moved to the area and started using greentree after a bad experience with another vet. They have been wonderful to work with. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and very sweet! I would strongly reccommend them. We have 3 Dogs (1 Puppy and 2 Seniors)

This is my first time having to use a vet and I have to say Im super impressed. The staff were super nice and friendly. The Vet herself was great and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend this office.

Took my sheltie to Greentree until I moved to Chicago, but no vet here compares! I plan to begin taking her (and my new sheltie) to Greentree....the drive is worth it. The doctors and staff are wonderful and they take great care of my pets!

My cat was very sick. They immediately squeezed him in, and then worked hard to save his life. Hes now fine and Im grateful. And I thought the charge for all their work was low. If six stars were possible, Id say Greentree is well worth six.

Wonderful facility all around. Staff is tremendously kind and compassionate with the animals. Vets routinely check up within a week of visit, shows the truly do care about pets well being. Would highly recommend.

Greenttree use to be one of the best around. Somewhere along the way, their passion was lost. Now they encourage additional services to increase the revenue stream and have forgotten about the animals.
