I will not return here for the following: In June of this year, I went to Dr Loya due to pains I was having in my uterus area. After having an ultrasound, I found out that I had cysts on my ovaries. Dr Loya was very prompt in the fact that she got me in the same week for surgery. During the surgery I was diagnosed with endometriosis apart from having my cysts removed. This is where I question credentials. Although she was very nice, and I sincerely appreciate her attending to my need immediately... My condition was not explained to me. She told my fiance I had endometriosis. There was no conversation with her after my surgery regarding it. Through my own research I found out that there are different levels of endometriosis. I have no idea whatsoever what stage I have. There are many issues that need to be addressed with this sort of matter. None of this was explained to me. This is where I lost faith in her as a doctor. I no longer felt comfortable with her diagnosis and treatment of my problem. It has only been 4 months, and I now went to a new doctor who says I have endometrial cysts AGAIN. I now have to have the same surgery I had in June AGAIN. He was surprised by the cysts and scar tissue I have if I just had this surgery in June. I am not one to make judgement without knowing all the facts, but this definitely makes me question Dr. Loya. She was very kind, but kind and knowledge of the matter on hand are two different things. She maybe have general knowledge in this area, but for my specific condition I truly think she does not know how to treat it and I should have been referred to a specialist or someone that can assist me.

I love this women, she makes you feel safe and loved. She puts herself in your shoes and walk it with you every step of the way. I have a healthy baby girl. My c section went great. I was very nervous and scared and she helped every step of the process. Its a bitter sweet moment for my kids and I we will truly miss her dearly. Its hard to find someone so nice with a good heart and absolutely love what they do and act as if its there own baby they are caring for. I wish she can be our regular doctors as well. Wonderful women/ doctor at heart. Thank you for everything

This doctor does not spend time at all with the patient. Hardly spends three minutes and leaves the room while still asking important health questions. It will be embarrassing when she leaves the room while still asking questions or suggestions after having waited for minimum of two hours almost during every visit. Staff on other side are very rude .I will certainly not refer to any friend of mine.

I would not send a dog to this Doctor. Apart from never getting back to you. The staff has no idea what they are doing and the doctor likes to belittle her staff with her juvenile wit... while not listening to you.
