Ive been here twice for employment related medicals which are fully reimbursed by my employer and therefore paid in office with my work credit card. Both times the amount was successfully deducted from my employers credit card but the money was never applied to my account. The first time they mailed a statement and I was able to then correct it, but the second time they sent me directly to a collection agency. Luckily since this is a work expense I have all of the required backup, but the stress and hassle to deal with it is not worth it, and I will never be using this facility again. Edit: And after talking to their billing department which told me that payment in full at the office had been made, the error resolved, and that they would send me an apology letter for my trouble - I received a statement about a week later showing that I still have a balance due. This absolutely proves that their billing department is either a total mess or that they are trying to scam people out of money.

I have been seeing Dr Emmanuele in endocrinology for 6 years and she has made such a difference in my life . She is an amazing type 1 diabetes specialist and has helped me get my blood sugar under control, especially when so many other specialists were unable to. Her kind attitude , uplifting spirit and proactive approach, along with her expertise is what really sets her apart from any other Dr I have seen. She partnered with one of Loyolas nutritionists- Sara Mabin RN, (who has also been extremely helpful and accommodating) and together they assisted with finding the perfect insulin pump for me and in training me to learn how different factors affect my blood sugar on a daily basis. They are also excellent about getting back to you when you call with a medical necessity or concern .I highly recommended these health care professionals, they have made a profound difference in my daily battle with T1D & hypothyroidism.

The receptionist is very poliet. When it comes to the doctors, i wonder where they get their manners from. I had a nice doctor today. M previous visit i had a doctor tell me " Dont come back", because my child has special needs. Grow some balls or dont work with kids. My child has the same problem every time he gets sick. I took my child to the immeiate care doctor, and the doctor can clearly see my child is sick. I dont want my child getting phenomia. They really fail to give out medication when needed. My visit ended with NO medication being sent home. This is why, I HATE Loyola. If your going to waist my time, i will waist yours. Im truely disappointed with Loyola Immediate Care.

I just started to go to this Loyola clinic a couple of months ago, because I heard they just built this not long ago, and its way closer to my home than going to Loyola on 1st Ave. I was really surprised at how clean the place was. Not saying that it was ever really dirty, but its the kind of clean that you make yourself think:"Are there like janitors hiding in the trash until you by accident make a mess and they jump out of nowhere with like an emergency cleaning kit" lol. But overall, really good area to build this clinic.

TO ALL PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR BILLING: This location has nothing to do with billing. There is a central billing for all Loyola locations. They are either incompetent, understaffed but whatever the reason, blame the EXECUTIVE BOARD for not addressing the issue…Loyola has very good doctors and nurses on staff. MY PERSONAL OPINION IS THAT THEY MAY HAVE AN INDEPENDENT COMPANY DOING THE BILLING. IF SO, THEY ARE RUINING THE REPUTATION OF LOYOLA.

I went to Loyola Center for Healths urgent care for my first appointment as a Loyola patient. The receptionist was very polite and courteous. The nursing staff was great as well. But when I met with the actual doctor she was extremely rude and she didnt listen well! She was uncaring, inconsiderate, mean spirited, and down right rude! I have never had an experience like that with a doctor!

I have been to rehab 3 times - after 2 knee replacements and rotator cuff surgery. Top notch group of therapists. All modern equipment and highly trained individuals. For the majority of my rehab, I had Sarunas Skadas. I would recommend him highly to anyone who is facing rehab therapy.

Been at this hospital for over 20 years. Never found one better. We have moved to Florida and still keep our Dr Ozark. There is no better than him. If you doubt it try going somewhere else M Mukite Leesburg Fl
