1ST and last time going here.. they charged me $25 for canceling our initial apt because I was in the hospital and could not bring my baby.. but to charge me $25 when I have not even established a relationship yet is absurd.. It gets even better.. We went back on our next visit and was basically told by the receptionist that if we are not giving our child all of the vaccines then we might as well not even see this Dr.. It felt like a complete sales process, the Dr even compared medical studies to the likes of Nascar, Disney, and something completely off topic to try and keep you from asking real questions.. then he even drew a graph on a sheet of paper to try and sell me more on the vaccines... Lastly when I asked when he recommends I do the vaccines by if I didnt get them today and he said NOW.. .In the next 3-4 minutes.. This DR. has every angle of a salesman down to a T.. Scare Tactics, creating urgency, avoiding the real questions and he even Lied to us on 2 different questions because he obviously does not know the answers to... I can not believe they are in business and will never let me child near this place.. Hands down worst DR I have ever been to.. To be lied to twice because I didnt want to give my child vaccines.. not to mention my $500 Dr bill for having him weigh my child.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Perhaps the focus should be less about impressing Elmhurst with a fancy new building and more about having doctors provide quality health care. Probably not a bad idea to teach your staff the definitions of respect, integrity, and the rest of your mission statement either. Oh and billing is a joke, it still shows my double billIng was declined after I had to have my insurance call. And good luck trying to get any records sent over, after almost a week of both myself and the other office calling, were still not sure where the requested documents are.

So, we love our doctor here. Thats the end of whats to like. "You have to come on time for your appointment" per the receptionist with attitude looking through the grocery sale pages. But you sit and wait for the physician for at LEAST 2 hours to be seen. And if you ask how long it will be, the rude receptionist will tell you that that information is not to be given to patients/family members per doctors orders. Most other clinics have revised their policies about running late. I think we will switch our care to one of those.

Im reading other peoples comments and Im confused. I have had no problems at all. I go through Elmhurst clinic along with my son, and my daughter, and my mother. We all have gone to Elmhurst for years (since I was a child) and whether it was for a Dr. visit or when I had to stay for five days, or have my children. I thought the staff was wonderful!!!!! I was treated respectfully and I felt they really cared. I just have nothing bad to say about Elmhurst hospital/clinics.... thats all Im saying

The worst place ever!!!! Expect a duplicate bill - one from the doctor and one from the facility. With a good insurance coverage, I paid more than my neighbor paid without insurance coverage for the same test. I am seeking treatment elsewhere.
