If your priority is attentive, caring and proper medical care DO NOT use this facility. My family and I on separate occasions heard staff members complain about each other and their bosses. Busy complaining means lack of patient care. It was like pulling teeth to get any answers. Moms bed alarm was forgotten. Hair was in her food. They asked us questions they should have known answers to. Another patient was calling for help and was getting ignored. I was standing by the nurse and had to be the one to say the nurse would be right with her. Needless to say, we had my mom tranferred out and they failed to call for the transport so we had to wait an hour and a half.

I would have to disagree with you LYn on this one. this place is on the top 5 list of nursing homes. Maybe you had a bad experience with a staff member because when I worked here for a year we had GREAT REVIEWS. also they offer many services programs and activities that many facilities dont have. when im old and worn out and forced to get the assistance of a nursing home i would actually want to be here because overall we had a strong staff. my residents were always pleased to see me. i loved my job regret moving out of chicago because i would still be there. Thumbs up to CJE

This is the place from Hell! Inattentive staff, screw ups in medication, call bells that go unanswered. would not send my worst enemy there. Your parent or loved one sure must have someone with them 24/7 or they will be totally neglected! Bath time..once a week???????? Talk about smell, filth and on top of it....god awful food. Look elsewhere. This is Hell on earth.

We had experience with a few different rehab & nursing facilities before, but Lieberman Center is the best. Professional management, friendly staff. Place is clean and nice looking. Ive had close friends as well as family live here. While its not perfect, no Long Term Care Facility is. I have been inside many nursing homes. They arent perfect, but its among the best in the area.

I Love this place, clean and friendly And some of the Best staff , the admissions coordinator Lascelles Powell is awesome helped us and answered every question confident and knowledgeable.

As a visitor, I find Lieberman Center to be a warm, friendly place for patients and families. The place is clean and bright, and the staff is caring. I think its a very nice place.
