I often say that Dr. Rick saved my life. He helped free me from the pain that was disrupting the quality of my life. I had been in a serious auto accident that left me with broken bones, cracked vertebrae, dislocations, and a lot of soft tissue damage. The nerve blocks I was receiving from an anesthesiologist were no longer working. I was in non-stop pain - misery. Then a friend took me to see a chiropractor while I was in D.C. That was my first experience with a chiropractor, and I wasnt that impressed. When I returned to Palatine, out of desperation, I decided to give Dr. Rick a try. Best decision I ever made. His treatment has freed me from constant and unrelenting pain, and allowed me to once again enjoy the activities that I used to do. Dr. Rick is very knowledgeable, careful, skilled, professional, and a really decent person on top of it. His staff, Amy and Laura, are outstanding and super friendly. I have recommended others to him - people who have never had chiropractic services, skeptics. Like me they were in constant pain, and Dr Rick helped them get back to normal. They thank me every time I see them. And I thank Dr. Rick every time for saving me. :)

Dr. Rick is wonderful with patients of all ages and with all sorts of needs. My husband and I go to him for different back issues. Dr. Rick also adjusted my husband’s inserts for his shoes, which helped to alleviate back strain. He is confident and kind, which makes you relax knowing he knows what he is talking about. He takes the time to explain why you are in pain and what he can do to alleviate your pain. And if you need him to re-explain it – he does so without any judgment. And now we bring our 8-year-old son to Dr. Rick. My son used to have growing pains at least once if not twice a week in the middle of the night. Now that he sees the doctor, those nighttime spasms are gone. My son now sleeps though the night. The office staff is friendly and warm. We are always greeted with a friendly smile and a genuinely positive reaction to us being there. Dr. Rick and his staff know us now; we are not just a “3:30 appointment” --- we are known. It is a safe and welcoming environment. It is a warm friendly place, where you can seek answers to what is aching you.

I have been going to Robinson Family Chiropractic for back and neck pain and back spasms. I was getting no answers from orthopedic surgeons as to what was causing my pain.. Yet when I went and explained what was going on to the doctor at Robinson Family Chiropractic he knew enough to explain everything to me in detail and explain to me how he can help me. I was in severe pain, could barely move, and had pain with breathing for two months before I went to see him. After the first visit I felt relief and it just kept improving from there. This place is AWESOME , they treat you like family,and I would recommend it to anyone! I have brought my children here as well. ( for crones issues and for pains in their legs/hips) They are extremely kind and knowledgeable and very flexible. Whether you come because youre in pain or you come just as preventative care this place is amazing !!!! Jennifer T

Amazing doctor, Ive been a patient for the last few years. His staff is knowledgeable on trigger points and how to remedy them. Dr Robinsons demeanor is compassionate, he really cares about his patients. Ive come to him in massive pain and he will move mountains to locate the pain and then provide medical care to the affected area. I was in there a week ago, couldnt walk, after stem therapy on my IT bands (both legs), massage and adjustment , I have full range of motion and can walk without pain. I do see him for maintenance but when I dont , my back gets misaligned and boy do I know it. I highly recommend Dr. Robinson , great location, hours, service and just a great guy who is the best in his field

I have known Rick Robinson for over ten years. He helped my ex-fiance, my brother-in-law, my father, and my grandfather. I have always been very grateful for how well he has taken care of my family. I also like the folks that hes hired. Rick Robinson is a good man and cares about his patients. I believe that is why he got into the profession. He helped everyone in my family and they all felt better and I believe have a higher quality of life because of his treatments. My current fiance, after my highest recommendation, is now a longtime and loyal customer of his. If you are suffering from back pain and need relief, well, after all of the people in my family, hes made quite a believer out of me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rick for over 10 years. He is caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. He has helped me overcome serious, debilitating lower back problems. I trust him implicitly. My husband has also been seeing Dr Rick for serious spinal problems. Dr. Rick did more for him than the orthopedic doctors that he had seen. Hes commented several times that he should have gone to Dr. Rick first. There is never a problem getting an appointment - his staff will fit you in. The office staff are professional, friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Ive also seen one of the massage therapists for a painful groin pull. After one massage, the issue was resolved.

For those that know Rick, this wont come as a surprise. For those that dont, you need to remember his practice if you are looking for chiropractic care. Robinson Family Chiropractics staff and Rick are a special team. They worked miracles on my daughter....who could barely move her neck from years of abuse from cheerleading. We knew medication alone was not going to fix her problems. Ricks approach and care worked within two visits.....my daughter, and I, are so lucky to have a place to go to fix nagging back related pain. I would recommend Ricks practice to anyone of my family or friends! Thanks so much Rick!

Ive had lingering pain due to a serious injury followed by spinal fusion surgery ten years ago. I resisted going to a chiropractor for years because I didnt believe it would help. The nerve pain that shoots down the right side of my body has been gone for over a month after just my first visit to Dr. Robinsons office, and with regular visits since then I have a much better quality of life. I highly recommend Robinson Family Chiropractic - especially for the skeptics like I used to be. Theyre extremely friendly, too.

Love this place! Anytime I go there I can talk to Dr. Tracy about any pains bothering me and she always has a clear and logical explanation. They are extremely friendly making it a very comfortable atmosphere. I try and get in every two weeks, but with my schedule sometimes it is a month until I get in there. At that point my back is at its worst, but somehow they adjust me in 10 minutes tops and I am back to normal! I highly recommend this great facility.

I have been a patient of Robinson Chiropractic for about 11 years. I was probably one of Dr. Ricks first patients and have never ever wanted to find another group of folks for my chiropractic needs. Dr. Tracy & Dr. Rick keep my body moving and feeling healthy. I couldnt feel this good without them. The office staff is also very personable and thorough with all the needs of the patient.
