As a whole, the staff in the ER are very kind and seem to truly care about patients. The wait to be seen is a little bit better than average. The only reason that I couldnt give a higher rating is because sometimes the nurses dont listen to you when they are trying to place i.v.s, and there are also physicians there who either have God complexes or who dont spend enough time with patients. There are also a few who treat patients with multiple illnesses as problems or drug-seekers not worthy of their time.
