I would not suggest this hospital. I had been adviced not to go there by multiple people, however, I had to get blood work and turn in a urine sample so I didnt think it would be a major deal. After six weeks and having to call four times to remind them to send my results, I received unsettling news. The tests were done incorrectly and I had to get my tests done again at another hospital. When asked if I could receive a discount, especially since they were done incorrectly, I was told no. Its worth the drive to go somewhere else.

I recently tried calling to ask a medical question about a child. I was bounced from person to person because they do not know how to accurately redirect calls. After I finally found someone to speak with they were INCREDIBLY rude and refused to offer even the slightest of help. This hospital has always lacked in their ability to help people, and now its spreading to their customer service. My family will never go to this hospital again if theyre going to refuse assistance to a child.
