I went to the ER as I had trouble walking and I did not know what the problem was. I was taken for an X-ray which showed that there was no broken bones. They gave me what my diagnosis was and told me to take Advil. The nurse also asked did I want prescription medicine which I consented to, but she never returned to the room. I came back a week later to get a copy of my X-rays. The triage nurse told me to go through the door to go to radiology. I went I and waited. I asked one of the radiologists for help and her reply was "your going to have to wait a while" and she walked off. Another man came to assist me after I called him and he told me that all of the rooms were full and to bear with him. I waited a full hour and there was absolutely no response. I called earlier to ask could I get a copy of my X-ray and the person that I talked to made it seem like it was a pretty easy thing, just come in and pick them up. To the contrary, it was not even possible. I hope that patients who actually have emergencies are not minimized or ignored the way that I was. Better yet, I would stay way from this facility all together.

Went to the lab to have my glucose tolerance test. They pricked my finger and sent me home saying my glucose was too high to do the test. A few days after, I received a call from my doctors office saying they shouldnt have sent me home to begin with. Now turns out I have a bill for $126 which I am responsible for $38 for a finger prick. Which I had to go back and get repeated anyway since protocol was not followed. Billing was no help in this issue. All in all I only owe $12 when I went back to Elmhurst Center for Health for my lab work to be repeated. How is my bill less than half when I get my actual blood drawn from a finger prick. I dont think Ill be returning here.

This is a top-notch outpatient facility. My daughter has been bringing my grandchildren there for the last several years. They always receive prompt attention with the greatest of detail. Their demeanor with children is outstanding. She has put them to the test with four children 7 and under!

Not a huge fan. Took my son to the ER due to stomach pain. 2 hours and $4000 later they sent us on our way. No real diagnosis. The next day his pediatrician found he had strep and they was the cause.... They didnt test him or anything here.
